It's 2025, and Oh Baby! the MTA 7 Subway Train has come a long way with more changes to come. I…read morerecall many moons ago when the 7 train was sluggish with so many delays due to traffic signals and repairs. Now, even with repairs at certain stations it's like every 3 minutes there is another train coming after the first one left. The trains are new. Found them to be clean compared to some of the other lines. What I love about the 7 train "International Express Train" for its diverse neighborhood at every station that you get off. It's like an adventure and you are venturing to another country, smell the fragrance and aromas of the food being cooked. Every country that is represented and you find enclave of eateries and shops. It's like a mini United Nations on the 7 Train. -The MTA 7 Train will take you to Citi Field for Mets Game. Get off at Willets Point Station. Also Flushing Meadow Park, and US open as well as other events. -Get off at Main Street- Last stop towards Flushing. Chinatown- Lots of food shopping and dining experience. Don't forget the Sky View Mall-You will see segment of the mall as train heads underground toward Main Street. Just a few descriptions of the stations on the 7 train to whet your appetite. Will post update soon on the other stations. Look forward to when the 7 Train goes into Brooklyn.

Usually clean and not too much trash to be found. Not a problem to find a seat either for me anyway. Some have the USB-C outlets to charge your phones. Cons: Takes every 15-20 min to arrive when waiting at the bus stop. So, it eventually evens out in the end. Luckily, there're usually not too many people onboard...at least from the times that I do have to hop on a Q44. Tends to come on time most of the time except for expected delays on the weekends of course. At the end of the day, that's the Q44 for you.

Mainly, the ticket booth. I do not feel that the service has improved in regards to it being less crowded. This service provided does not improve the concert crowds of people riding this bus. For the people that actually retrieve a ticket kudos to you. For the ones that pretend they don't understand, y'all need to get it together. You're holding up the bus! Honestly, how long has SBS been in effect? This is an ongoing dilemma. My thing is this, if a person takes the same bus every single day there's no excuse as to why they don't retrieve their ticket before hand. Due to them there's a hold up with the bus driver leaving.

I had gotten QM2 fifty ninth st. To be certain I inquired to the operator if the bus does officially go Bell Blvd 212th .The Operator was a First Timer & hadn't experience what so ever. I was so ticked off & I was two hours late . When the bus operator gotten towards Fort Totten had went wrong direction so had to make a left turn & reverse directions. I totally understood this person was first time. Still shoulda had someone guiding them. Well after the unpleasant experience hadn't taken QM2. Went to Fort Totten last Sunday second time & taken Q16 bus .Is more reliable & lets passengers off front of Fort Totten entrance.

I ran to the yard after getting off the bus and realizing I left it, hoping someone would help. The young female MTA employee at the Bus Depot front gate immediately listened to my problem and called the Bus Dispatcher for assistance. He then put out a call to the QM2's and the gentleman driving my QM2 immediately found my phone and called it in. They arranged for me to pick up my phone at a stop on the way back to the city so no time was lost. I want to thank the young lady at the Bus Depot front gate, my driver and the yard dispatcher for their super duper amazing customer service. Folks thank you so much.

Leaving a Yelp review for public bus service is pretty silly, but sure, let's yell into the void…read more On top of the many downsides to public surface transit in absolute terms, service on the Q13 line is utterly deplorable relatively speaking, and not only in the sense that bus riders are second-class citizens compared to subway straphangers. We miserable Q13 riders who wait at the start of the line on 39th Avenue in Flushing get to watch an endless procession of Q28s with a sprinkling of Q16s and Not in Service buses pass by before a stray Q13 limps to the starting line. There are as many *Q48s* as there are Q13s, and 39th Avenue isn't even part of the Q48's route. Very mild hyperbole aside, the live service status on the MTA app proves that, on average, during rush hours, Q28s outnumber Q13s 2:1, with the former scheduled every five minutes compared to nine minutes for the Q13. It is not uncommon to watch five or six Q28s pass by while I stand in the bitter cold or soaking rain waiting for the Q13. It is madness that I can measure the wait time for my bus by the number of buses that pass by on another line. Execrable. LOL at the other reviewer who left a five-star review as a new rider but corrected it to one star a mere four months later, after reality set in. Sucks to be us, doesn't it?
