We bought steaks, sausages, bacon, ground beef, and a brisket. The 2 filet mignons we bought were cooked that night and I was blown away by the quality. The flavor was so much better than any typical store bought meat. A couple nights later, we made burgers with the ground beef and it's unanimous that the flavor was so much better than any ground beef we'd ever had before. I absolutely can't wait to try the sausages, bacon, and especially the brisket, which will be smoked this coming weekend.
