The personal shoppers and department managers are not just extremely well-trained and professional but polite, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. ALL of the employees I have encountered in this department are TERRIFIC, even when their computer systems and phones were down. True story! (The employee wrote everything down and shopped from a list.) This is truly an A+++ operation, from start to finish. Seriously, I've had some pretty large orders and (hoping not to jinx myself here) NEVER a missing item, EVER! Never an overcharge/undercharge. Never a disappointing item. Never a product close to expiration date. Never anything shy of pure excellence. Prices are great, too. They do not even charge for this service. Unbelievable! I can't tell you how many times I have forgotten a bag or item and left at the store. (Who hasn't, right?!) Several times I have timed this entire experience from the time of arrival using their shopper app, NEVER more than 1-2 minutes until I see my personal shopper come outside with my entire order. From start to finish, the entire experience 'may' take 8-10 minutes total. Honest! Imagine getting your entire holiday meal (ALL of it!), some Christmas gifts and all your cleaning & household items brought to your vehicle, loaded-up and gone within 10 minutes. It is a FANTASTIC experience! ...Not to mention an ENORMOUS time saver. This is TRULY a wonderful idea with the best trained individuals for the job. You get to check out and it's more. So I'm checking out in the self-check-out, blue cheese doesn't ring up "sale price". Now as we all know there's an app with digital coupons etc and there's just sale price that you need do nothing for. Lol!! Until today!!this is going to be the longest review over $1.25 ever. Ever have to prove something and go through so many steps that at a certain point you can't just walk away without that $1.25 because the person "helping you" is really just irritating you, prolonging the process every step of the way? So I call the lady there to "right wrongs" over. I'm going to tell her that the sale cheese that was 4.99 but marked sale for three $ something is not ringing up: it goes like this. As she comes over I'm ringing up a frozen dinner or about to, and notice it's been package taped on one end. I put it aside. She arrives saying, you don't want that? Me : no it's been taped.. instead of saying ok, she says where? I think "let me help you with your job so I can get to the question" and show and really just say "here .". She starts scrolling thru my screen of rung up items.,?? What are you doing? I ask. "Looking to see if you rang it up." "No I did not" ..Just ask? So I say I want to ask you about this cheese. I tell her the story. She says did you check your app to see if it's there. "Yes I have an app but no as I said it's a sale item. Regular sale." So I have to go to the app to prove it is not there. She takes my phone from me after I try to find digital coupons to prove this.. after she keeps saying no no the other way.. then she takes it and says no.. I'm losing patience that this is not simple. it's a dollar 25 folks. Just take my word and adjust it. She says it's not on sale either. I say well the sign over there clearly says it is. She: do you want to go take a picture,,, me yes... So I do and she grabs my phone away and starts off with it.. I tell her do not take my phone away from me ..you are never supposed to do that. She says I need to take to customer service to see if I can adjust it. OMG I'm thinking.. so I say I'll just leave it, ring the rest up and take it over myself.. now granted and I did point this out.. the sign says, in small letters at bottom of tag I did not notice til picture, on the top highest shelf, sale thru 10/29. It is 10/31 but it should be taken down then. Finally go to customer service show the photo and get my dollar 1.25 back. At this point I was not going to mention you should have refunded the 4.99 so I'd get the tax back too and re-rung it, but at that point I raised the white flag and got the heck outta there. And guess what? normally I just pay the 4.99 right or wrong, and go home and now I know why. But like I said I felt I'd put so much time into something that should have taken seconds..,Just omg tired of expired dates, stale frozen seafood(which reminds me I have some to take back) and wrong markings for prices. There are things that customer like me don't how to order specially those items in the meat section which have a sale buy one take 2 free. I have to put in 3 instead of one. Second is the fruits. I received not good quality of fruits. So I told Maria ( very nice, pretty and sweet) and help me to solve the problem. She's awesome and knows how to deal with customer.Shes perfect on her job. On my part I learned to check my order before driving home or else you'll going to drive back to the store which happened to me today. The kids just want a chance to buy these popular trends, but the resellers are scooping up all the stock and destroying the experience. From what I hear, there's also quite a bit of theft because of the small size of these items. This Walmart is taking a stand in keeping the experience alive and I applaud them for it. My daughter brought her own money and bought only 1 pack of Pokémon, even though there was like a 5-pack limit. She just wanted the joy of opening one and didn't want to limit other kids for getting a chance. We'll be back, because we gotta catch them all!

How can Walmart store associates live up to the stores expectations of customer service if they're unaware of customers because they're listening to music, or if they don't have their vests on while stocking shelves? She could very easily have waited for me to be finished and asked to see my receipt, instead of coming over and looking in the bag while I was still using the register.
