A poor choice on our part and very disappointed overall. Hot dogs were cold to the touch like they had been sitting out for a half hour or were barely cooked. Although the young man inside the truck stated the hot dogs were 100% beef, it almost seemed like they had the texture and look of the chicken-pork variety. All of the available chips were all thrown/mixed into a large cooler as were the available drink choices. (no sugar free or diet drinks of any kind were available when we were there) The table with condiments was 90% empty and obviously hadn't been maintained or replenished. Might just be because they were at a large-scale event and couldn't keep up or just had a bad day. Regardless, we don't need to risk getting food poisoning/etc. (luckily, we didn't) Will definitely steer clear of them if they are at next years event.

I selected their garlic aioli, it was good, not my favorite with the quesadilla but as a sauce it's excellent. I also selected the honey siracha; it's perfect! Sweet and heat, excellent dip for the chick and cheese quesadilla, definitely try it. There are 6-8 sauces, and I would definitely keep exploring them next time. The classic comes in an oblong box comes with two dipping sauces. I had the spinach artichoke and corn relish. Both sauces were good and I practically ate the corn relish by itself. The waffadilla was rich, savory, and cheesy with a nice outer crispness to it. It was so good, but I definitely couldn't have this for a meal. However the classic waffadilla does make for the ultimate snack food. I left a piece for my wife to try the next day and she went and bought one the same day. This family has done a pretty good job with their creation!
