The beef patty had a good sear but wasn't real juicy. Apparently the side of the day changes and today was watermelon which I thought was weird. You can also get foldable ones, which are more like a taco, just not sealed shut. I got the standard quesadilla that comes with two sauces for $14, I added chicken for $2. I selected their garlic aioli, it was good, not my favorite with the quesadilla but as a sauce it's excellent. I also selected the honey siracha; it's perfect! Sweet and heat, excellent dip for the chick and cheese quesadilla, definitely try it. There are 6-8 sauces, and I would definitely keep exploring them next time. Customer service was friendly and after asking I was told the truck's location could be found online or by texting their number. I ordered a classic waffadilla and took it home to eat. The classic comes in an oblong box comes with two dipping sauces. I had the spinach artichoke and corn relish. Both sauces were good and I practically ate the corn relish by itself. The waffadilla was rich, savory, and cheesy with a nice outer crispness to it. It was so good, but I definitely couldn't have this for a meal. However the classic waffadilla does make for the ultimate snack food. I left a piece for my wife to try the next day and she went and bought one the same day.
