Cat, the designer, was fantastic to work with--knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were able to get on the schedule, and at that point, we felt confident we had chosen the right company. Unfortunately, once the work began, it became clear that the quality of the initial installation was not acceptable. The shower pan did not drain properly, the original 20-year-old liner was not replaced, and there were a number of cut corners that raised serious concerns. It was disappointing, especially given the cost and our expectations going into the project. That said, what truly turned the experience around was how the company handled these issues. Aaron and Noah stepped in and responded in a very professional and accountable way. They took our concerns seriously and committed to making things right. A new crew was brought in, and the difference was night and day. The second crew was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They redid the project properly, addressed all previous issues, and delivered a final result that we are genuinely happy with. While the process had its hiccups, the company's willingness to stand behind their work and correct mistakes restored our confidence.
