Also a fence latch was not operable due to the incorrect way he installed the gate. But as with the other customer review that you can find online, once the job was done, Mike was extremely slow to address problems if at all. Never showed up when I reported the loose fence posts. Regarding the latch, he was going to order another. I contacted him every week or so for status as he never contacted me. Kept telling me he was waiting on the order status. What fence contractor can't get a delivery status on fence equipment from their supplier? After over a month of no action, I texted him that I was disappointed and would just take care of it myself. Instead of insisting he would fix it, his response was "fine". Yeah - he was okay with a client fixing his problem for him. As far as the fence posts, I'm buying some cement and fixing those too. I would not recommend him. Like I said he's genuinely a really nice guy, means well, and wants to do a great job. The fence install was "okay" but a struggle to get any support from him after the fact. I'm a believer in judging a craftsman after they've done the work and have your money. They all make promises before you pay them. The 5-Star contractors are the ones that stay with you after the job is complete to ensure your ongoing satisfaction.
