I called this business to come out and remove our full size shower doors and install a more modern set that we had purchased from Lowe's. Tim asked me to send pictures of my shower door assembly to remove. I sent the pictures to him. In a couple of days he sent me an estimate by Email of his price to do the job. I was satisfied and had him book me. In a couple days he showed up as promised, went into the garage to check the doors for proper fit. He was satisfied and began the project. He finished the job in one day, to include the clean up. He had worked professionally. Holding an occasional conversation with Tim he answered my questions knowledgeable and showed courtesy to me. Tim.tan into a problem. Lowe's had ordered a door which did open on one side. That was the way this one was. I thought I had to order another one. Tim told me he would try to adapt it to open only proper side. He did indeed to exchange opening side. If he hadn't accomplished to do this, I would have to order. another door. The exchange time had past. This was a very expensive door. Even though he had to make the wrong door fit perfectly, we were completely impressed with the out of his expertise. Sir Fix It just left after a superb job retrimming my windows. They were leaking because the caulking was old and no longer effective. Removed all the old trim, replaced some of the sills that were rotted with PVC sills and retrimmed with new aluminum trim. I can't say I ever had better craftsmanship for any job I've contracted. And the icing on the cake was the cost. He did everything and it was less than I anticipated. I will be using him again when I need something done around my home. I hired Tim to install new vinyl posts/railings to our front porch and back steps to our sunroom. He also installed new lvp flooring and repaired the ceiling due to water leaks in our sunroom. Hands down the best contractor we've ever had. Our porch was literally bouncing and chipping away. He was able to look at the deck and quote very quickly. He walked us through all of our options, gave us his recommendations with pros and cons of each option. He saved as much of our old deck as possible to save us money and rebuilt the entire thing in less than a week. He was kind, funny, professional and did really thorough work. As a landlord I've found that it's very hard to find trustworthy, reliable contractors. Our tenants called to say they needed the front door replaced and I called Sir Fix It, Tim was super responsive and was out at the unit within a few days. He gave me a specific time he'd arrive (I didn't have to sit at home for a 4-6 hour waiting period or ANY period of time); he was on time; he was professional; he is very capable (located & fixed toilet leak that previous plumbers couldn't troubleshoot) and removed and replaced substandard caulking around tub, and additional caulking where linoleum floor met tub.
