I went in to try and return it, and they sent me out and denied even acknowledging that the weed was wet, they wouldn't even look at it, they claimed it was because of the cameras in the store but that's The reason why they weren't able to let me return it they told me only wax, and Rick Simpson oil can be returned so if they sell you some wet weed, it's just not their problem, I was only trying to get a refund or an exchange but now I'm going to go to the FBI because that weed that you sold me will definitely kill somebody who is an immune compromised cancer patient they would be flat out dead someone's grandmother or grandfather would be dead. Honestly I love this place. I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years now and the budtenders have always been nice and helpful, I've never felt rushed into picking an item. I've never really had a problem with the product there as well other than a few carts leaking but the have a return policy on CARTS so I would just go in and get a different one no problem. They have pretty affordable dabs, bud, carts, edibles and I think it's a great dispensary for the locals, they even have doggy treats at the entrance. They've always been so kind I've brought them some hand sanitizers as little gift from bath & body works as a thank for always giving me great service. And as always thank you to Tanner for always being the best budtender you can be, he has always given the best recommendations and I still buy items that he has recommended and he has a very great understanding of what I want and don't want, he's also very patient and so polite overall amazing service. I purchase CBD cannabis to keep my chronic migraines under control, as well as help with mobility and pain from other chronic health issues. My review is specific to my need for a CBD bud with at least fifteen percent CBD...higher is preferable. This spot has a great deal on Tuesdays that help make my purchase more affordable. They aren't the best for me, as I can't purchase shake. Shake is unfortunately difficult to find in general though, despite it being the most economical for someone who makes the bud into tincture and salves. That said, fifteen percent of any purchase of at least 7g, every Tuesday helps me out. The first time I made a purchase here, there was some confusion on whether or not that purchase had to be a singular packaged 7g, but the young man who helped me ended up saying I could purchase two 3.5g and still get the same fifteen percent off, despite the first guy saying I had to purchase a single package size of 7g, which I would have no problem with, but they were out of it. The high CBD product I purchased was potent and very useful in my tincutre and salve. I liked that it didn't stink up my house or my product. That said, I went to purchase more after a month went by and they haven't had the same percentage in stock since. Thankfully, I found Greenhead Cannabis and they helped me out with a 19% CBD product they carry regularly (ACDC by Eagle Trees farms). I still check back here, as the Eagle Trees product does make my product a might stinky and I'd prefer my bud didn't. Played in the game of "spend hundreds and get free weed or a credit"..Then $800 in We were told that they couldn't do it legally...But offered NOTHING else! hell they could have given away papers lighters or glass..BUT CHOSE to do nothing...Now this! Blatant lack of knowledge! and the guy working was so obnoxious! He kept hard selling me on mislabeled product.when I told him to stop "selling me" he said THAT was his job! I thought he was there to inform and guide....Hard selling is for car dealerships! I found this store trying to find some new ganj or oil just something diffrent since I work as a grower myself. I generally found their staff to be very difficult to get any help from. The first couple times I figured it was just happenstance but I thought well I'll fill up their reward card and see how they do over all. I'll spare you the bloody details and just say go to High-5 or main st where staff are generally more knowledgable and welcoming but most importantly happy to help you.
