I should not be told "sometimes you have to take a day off to see the doctor" because they are mandated to fill early openings first. If it is easier for me to come at 2PM, I should not be talked down to because i do not want a 9:30 AM. That is indeed POOR customer service, even if they are doing the best they can.

He has never been this rude and anger. ive been a patient there for 14 years, i try and bring my book and music to keep busy. I was quietly waiting to see him. he came in, in a bad mood and took it out on me. Its not normal to walk out of a doctors office crying. I asked him to give me something to help with the pain so i can sleep. He seemed annoyed by my request. He made me feel like he did not want to be there. It's very frustrating when you feel like your docter doesn't be in the room with you. After waiting three months to see him. Especially after he yells at you and tells tells you that he's gonna call it and if pharmacy doesn't have it go out without until your next appointment. I don't know if the doctors are shorthanded but are I don't know all I know is this is terrible customer service and I don't even know if I ever want to go back there again and I have an appointment in three weeks. I was so upset I just wanted to go home after that apt. I called my insurance company looking for a specialist in my area.

I'm honestly not someone who usually writes reviews, but my experience with Marisa has been so…read moreimpactful that I felt like I had to share. I drive over an hour each way to see her and it's been so worth it. I originally went to see Marisa for extreme anxiety and ongoing sleep issues, after trying what felt like every modality out there: somatic exercises, journaling, therapy, BIT, meditation, breath-work...you name it. While many of those helped in their own ways, nothing truly moved the needle for me the way hypnoacupuncture with Marisa has. From my very first session, there was an obvious shift. Even the people around me noticed. After that first session, the tension in my shoulders decreased, and the only way I can describe it is that everything (physically & mentally) felt like it had been taken down a notch. Since working with her, my sleep has completely transformed. I went from having an extremely hard time falling asleep and waking up almost every hour, to now pretty much sleeping through the night. If I do wake up, I can fall back asleep easily, and I'm even dreaming a lot which I take as a sign I'm finally getting deep, restful sleep. I've seen such drastic improvements that I genuinely feel like I have a new baseline. I feel so much more in control of my anxiety now and honestly like a completely different person than I was just a few months ago. It's been truly life changing. I honestly wish I could see her weekly. The closest way I can describe how you feel leaving a session is like you just had a massage; you're so relaxed, grounded, and at ease. Marisa has truly touched my life. She is genuinely an angel. She listens, she cares deeply, and she is incredibly dedicated to her clients. If she doesn't have an answer right away, she always follows up, whether by email or the next time you see her, which says so much about the level of thought and attention she gives. I don't feel comfortable around many people, but there's something about her energy that is so light and reassuring. She creates such a safe, welcoming environment, and it makes all the difference. I'm so grateful to have found her and truly can't recommend her enough.

I fell from a horse about 5 years ago on my shoulder and messed it up while rowing on the crew team in high school. I had MRIs done at Yale New Haven Hospital (I'm originally from CT) stating that I had a few things wrong with it (the specifics I'm not entirely sure of). I decided to give this place a chance because they were local and the doctors listed on their website have a lot of experience. First of all, this place has barely any lights inside. It's like walking into a cave! The ladies at the front desk were very polite, however. Then I was taken in to see Dr. Green - easily the most unprofessional doctor I've met in my life. He came into the room without saying a word or introducing himself and shoved his hand in my face looking for a handshake. Then he asked me what was wrong and had me do a series of tests for range of motion and strength. I told him most of them hurt. I gave him the DVD of the MRIs I had and he spent 5 minutes looking at them silently. He said he didn't see anything wrong with my shoulder and asked if I had done physical therapy before, to which I replied yes - and that it had done nothing but make my shoulder hurt more. He told me to go to physical therapy for a month and then come back, wrote something on a piece of paper to give to the girls at the front desk and walked out without saying anything. I decided to go to another doctor for a second opinion. Dr. Green and his practice aren't getting another DIME of my insurance money. Long story short - if you like going to rude doctors who work out of dingy offices, this is the place for you.

He does not acknowledge that he is hurting during treatments even though your telling him it hurts. I wouldn't go back to this buffoon if you paid me a million dollars. I'm not a big fan of Doctor's speaking into a device to record patients history as look as it doesn't interfere with the connection a patient might want during an appointment, in my opinion I tend to get intimidated and also tend to feel like a subject being interviewed in a robotic way because of time constraints with patients I'm sure. I have left a long time Internal Medical Physician who I liked very much due to this problem of mine. The more patients the lesser the initial relationship between patient and Doctor sadly and unfortunately declined. I did like Dr. Kundo to continue my treatment with him.
