I was here for two nights and from start to finish, it was superb. Check in went quickly with multiple people working the front desk so nobody waited long. After I checked in I went to the concierge desk to get some help with an issue I had with a ticket I had purchased. Isabel and Salavatore were so helpful and quickly became my advocate in trying to resolve the issue. It actually took them reaching out to the company a few times to get my problem resolved. But they were persistent and made sure it happened. I was so appreciative of them going above and beyond to help me. They also gave great recommendations on where to eat and Salvatore spent time telling me which routes to walk to places to ensure I saw everything. He took so much time helping me and was just so nice and caring. My room was smaller but beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the four pillows on it allowed me to pick the perfect one. They have turn down service but I missed it since my do not disturb sign was on the door. The crown molding in the room was spectacular and the room was decorated very elegantly and comfortably. The bathroom was luxurious with beautiful marble finishes and the toiletries provided were wonderful. As was the robe provided. The location was within walking distance to so many of the sights one might want to visit. And there is a metro station directly in front of the hotel. There are also many great restaurants very close by. I had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back again soon. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My daughter and I…read morestayed for six nights, and after exploring many different neighborhoods, we realized we couldn't have chosen a better location. The Jewish Ghetto is such a beautiful, historic, and peaceful area, with wonderful restaurants and easy access to so many of Rome's major sights. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Piero was always happy to help us arrange taxis and answer our questions, making it easy to explore the city with confidence. Every morning, Giulia and Lea greeted us at breakfast with warm smiles that made us feel at home. Their kindness became one of those little moments we'll always remember. The breakfast was excellent, and I'm still dreaming about the delicious espresso! (My daughter is still talking about the wonderful jam they served each morning.) The room was comfortable, the hotel was spotless, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. Several months later, we still find ourselves reminiscing about our time at HT6, which says everything. When we return to Rome someday, we won't even consider staying anywhere else. We spent three nights at this location, Thursday night to Saturday night. We checked in early afternoon and found the room, on the third floor at the front of the building, to be small, cozy? and cool. There were two separate twin beds pushed together and made up as two separate beds with a single sheet and a blanket in the closet for each bed. The room had black out shutters that we were grateful for and the bathroom was equipped with a hair dryer and plenty of towels. Each morning we enjoyed a trip to the seventh floor to partake in the included breakfast. A selection of fruits, yogurt, granola, cereal and pastries complemented the eggs, bacon, beans, sausage and cold cuts with cheese. A selection of machine brewed coffee's and juices rounded out the drinks. All in all the room was ok, dark and cool, beds were very firm (too firm for my liking), shower was powerful and hot. Although the window was equipped with the black out shutters the window as a whole may as well have not been there at all as every sound of the street outside came through the window as if it were not there at all. There was a restaurant located directly beside the hotel with street seating on the road directly under our room, the noise from that restaurant started at about 8pm and only got louder and more intrusive up until 3am. Between the constant nightly noise of the party crowd of the restaurant, the honking of cars and mopeds then the garbage trucks after 3am, neither I nor my wife were able to sleep for the three nights we were there. I even tried earplugs, which helped a little. The noise was just too much, the hotel simply shrugged its shoulders. We will avoid this hotel in the future.

By Rome standards for a full-service hotel, it would be considered affordable by many. But just to be clear, it is not ultra-inexpensive. For the money, it is firmly in the 4-star hotel genre (getting a 5-star Yelp rating from me within this category because I could find nothing wrong with it during my stay). So, while it may not have crystal chandeliers and butlers running around, it is definitely not a student tourist level hostel. It has modern, comfortable public spaces, elevators that hold more than 2 people at a time, a restaurant with a good breakfast spread, and well-appointed guest rooms with modern amenities and AC. I really don't need more than that when I am traveling solo for business so it was perfect for me given that set of circumstances. As a comparison, I have stayed at a 5-star Rome hotel which was absolutely a step up in terms of service, luxury features, and a sense of a personal attention. But when I am alone on business, that level of service is not necessary and can feel uncomfortable to me. There are plenty of cafe's and restaurants within a 10 min walk and it is a reasonable walk to attractions such as the Opera House, the Coliseum, and the Trevi Fountain. It is also a 10-minute walk to the main terminal Rome train station and the cool, local Nuovo Mercato Esquilino if you are into that type of thing like I am. I spent early mornings walking somewhere for coffee and then through the Mercato to watch the vendors work to ready their produce and meat to be pawed over by early restauranteurs which was a cool look at the underbelly life of this great city. I really liked that this hotel is not right up against the busy street and, on at least 2 sides of the building, there are streets that are not constantly jammed with the noise of traffic. My room fronted one of the quiet sides. It is unclear to me if I was upgraded to a nicer than standard room location because of my Hilton loyalty status but I had a very quiet stay in a room that was impeccably clean and could be easily darked out during the day if I needed a restorative nap for my jet lag. The gym was reasonably appointed and open 24/7 and the wi-fi speed was top notch. I had a great stay here for the money. Based on all of this, when in Rome in the future as a solo business traveler, I would be very happy to stay here again.

The only thing I would suggest not doing is ask the concierge for restaurant recommendations, he gave us a real clunker. Outside of that, staying here was a great experience!

The Inn has different components so you may be placed in a different building, embrace that as each place has its own unique features. The rooftop bar is cozy and has lovely views, do not miss the daily breakfast option or any chance to sit and have a drink as you soak in the hospitality and charm of Rome. We upgraded and got a nicer room with daily breakfast included which meant walking over to the main Inn daily, not a problem. The hotel arranges for someone to deliver your luggage at check in and out. *the entrance to the Inn does not allow cars, your cab/driver will drop you off just a couple of doors down from the actual entrance to the hotel, it is VERY easy to miss. Being in a historic area, big signs are not allowed so keep your eyes peeled for the sign. There is a little tea room right next door with a few outside tables and a red(ish) awning. That helped me find it. Just fyi as ppl were complaining that they couldn't find it* Clean, tidy and a bit of Italian charm.... Our room had toiletries, a hair dryer, robes and slippers. Plus a/c which isn't a given in Italy. It wasn't our favorite hotel of this trip but we would def stay here again. It's a convenient location with great restaurants and shopping all around it.

This means that if a towel is accidentally dropped on the floor or becomes unusable, guests are expected to continue using it. That is both unreasonable and unhygienic. Because of these experiences, we will never stay at this hotel again, nor will we recommend it to anyone. Do not waste your time or money on this hotel in Rome. There are many other reputable hotels in the area that value their guests and provide better customer service.

Appena entrati, abbiamo visto la receptionist del mattino urlare contro il facchino senza alcun motivo, prima ancora che i nostri bagagli venissero riposti in un ripostiglio in attesa del check-in. Al momento del check-in, la cameriera stava ancora pulendo la nostra stanza e ci ha chiesto di aspettare un momento, scusandosi ripetutamente. Quanto può essere difficile per un hotel fornire dell'acqua ai propri ospiti? Un'esperienza davvero orribile che non consiglierei.
