Installed 6/21 Today 5/19/22...Just started putting filter and pump together and now I know why it leaked water at every point! The installer employed by Tri states switched my brand new strainer that I purchased in May 2021 and left me my old leaky one that was to be replaced.. How the heck could I be so DUMB AND TRUSTING!? I had already purchased the liner from Tri States in 2020 which cost me an additional $900 and accessories for the pool. It was left in Tri states storage until the installer brought liner & accessories to install 2021.. I don't even have a clue if all my items purchased were actually used. can't walk in the pool without feeling the metal under your feet..He promised me it would be like walking on the beach.. I have video of one crew member trying to break into cars on our property. Just watch your stuff.. Munson's in Galesburg and Macomb have been very helpful during this ordeal.. There is so much more that I could write a book on being screwed over by a reputable pool business! Guess we won't be swimming on Memorial Day, Again!! customers since 2004.. first time any real issues.

There was a weird thing that was definitely caused by my son or one of his friends- but I had no idea it made such a difference. Working great again! These guys are pros. I asked for an update about 7 days later. It took a couple days for a response, but I got it. He had to order parts. About 10 days later he sent me a pic of the repairs. A couple days after that, a pic of it running without leaks. A couple days later he delivered my hot tub. About 3 weeks total. The price was right in the middle of his high and low estimate, which I felt was very reasonable. He asked for a few hundred down payment before pick up, which was a bit unnerving, but he had to drive almost an hour to my house so I can understand he's not working for free. The remainder was paid on delivery. The work looked really good and I've been using my tub with no problems.

0 STARS, Please read. We were scammed by Clinton Pro Group/Backyard Oasis (CPG/BO), a certified…read moreLatham pool installer recommended by Latham. Our project was proposed as a 10 day installation but stretched to over 190 days before CPG/BO abandoned their project. CPG/BO repeatedly failed to adhere to their contract, industry standards, manufacture requirements and building codes, causing extensive damage and financial loss. Fill dirt was placed in an unapproved location, and our septic field was repeatedly driven over, costing us $3,000 to correct. Excavation was performed incorrectly, causing pool shell warpage that Latham later confirmed was due to installer error, not manufacturing defects. Required daylight drainage was falsely claimed to be impossible; a third party later proved adequate fall more than existed, costing us an additional $6,600 to correct. Improper backfilling of steps and seats, $2,700 to patch the skimmer hole cut in twice at the incorrect height, installation of the incorrect skimmer type, and incorrect/faulty plumbing all placed our manufacturer warranty at risk. Electrical, plumbing, and gas lines were left out of code compliance, including missing tracer wire. A safety check valve was removed, causing the pool heater to explode and damaging additional equipment. Purchased equipment was damaged, missing, improperly installed, or later found to be used rather than new. An auto cover costing $18.5K, we only received the incorrectly assembled storage box & damaged tracts. A $2,500 diving board was damaged and incomplete, completely unusable. CPG/BO stopped showing up as they got further in over their capabilities, attempted to rewrite the contract to remove their liability while demanding additional pre-completion payments when we had already paid in full, and ultimately completely abandoned the project. Independent inspection estimates revel over $98,000 in repairs and excavation corrections are needed. We have paid over $100,000 already in this project and must now start over due solely due to CPG/BO's negligence and deception. There is more disappointment but I have exceeded Yelp's character limits... In closing, you will be money ahead to avoid this company at all costs.

I called again on 9/19 and supposedly talked to a regional manager who said the earliest he could come by was mid morning on 9/22. I waited till 1:00 and never heard from him. I guess he did stop by later that day, but I wasn't there due to another appt Never heard back from him on what he found about the issue. I spoke to 3 people in the office and sent pictures to them on the way my lawn looked and they said they would forward the pictures and someone would be in contact. Once again no one called and it's been 3 weeks. This has been a 2 month ordeal with no response from Nature Scape to resolve the problem. I told the earlier that I need a refund for the last 3 applications which 2 of them haven't been scheduled yet. Terrible customer service and poor results. All my neighbor's yards are green and look good and none of them even treat their yards. ???

Before hiring them, we specifically asked whether pool installation was something they did regularly, and the project manager, Luke, assured us it was. The project began on June 1. The first day of leveling went well. On the second day, one of the installers fell onto the assembled steel pool wall while climbing out, leaving a noticeable crease. Shortly afterward, the pool developed leaks. We witnessed the incident ourselves, and it was also captured on our security cameras. When we brought it to Luke's attention, he disputed that it had happened. Over the following weeks, we experienced multiple missed appointments and no-call/no-shows. When the crew returned, they were unable to resolve the leaks. We eventually hired an independent local pool contractor to inspect the installation. He documented multiple installation issues and concluded that the pool needed to be disassembled and rebuilt with a new liner and proper padding beneath the liner. We purchased the replacement liner and the required padding ourselves. Because we had a family vacation planned, we told Boscage we needed the project completed by July 5. We were assured this would not be a problem. Instead, the pool was torn down, approximately 4,500 gallons of chemically treated water were drained into neighboring yards, and the pool was partially reassembled with about 6 inches of water so the liner could settle overnight. The crew said they would return the next day to finish the installation by cutting the skimmer and return openings. They never showed up or contacted us. When we inspected the work ourselves, we found multiple-inch gaps in the cove padding around the pool. No one had informed us additional material was needed, and we would have purchased it immediately if asked. We raised these concerns, and instead of completing the job before our agreed deadline, we were told the earliest they could return would be July 20. I asked for written confirmation that it was safe to leave the partially assembled pool in this condition for multiple weeks. That request was declined. I also asked them either to reimburse us for having a qualified pool installer complete the work or to refund the project so we could hire someone else. Both requests were declined. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Boscage Landscaping. Instead, I recommend staying far away.

Called to have our pool closed for the winter. They came to close down the pool, we were not told…read morewe had to drain the pool to below the skimmer. They added all the winterizing chemicals to my pool completely full. When I asked about the pool level they told me I could use a submersible sump pump to pump out the extra water. We were also told the winterization would be insured for freezing and any damage that may occur from that. When we got our the invoice we learned ot was not insured because it takes a year for them to get to know our pool because they did not install it. Severely disappointed with the service and communication from Gannon!! Would not recommend using them and I will NOT be using them in the future!!!

They said it would be fine because they would install a drip pan and overflow pipe to the basement so any leakage would drain through the pipe and not out onto my beautiful, 130 year old oak floor. After just 4 years the water heater failed and leaked all over my oak floor. They charged me to replace the water heater, offered no apology for their bad advice and even replaced the failed heater with the exact same model that failed after only 4 years. Now I'm left with a ruined floor and a water heater that may fail again before it should and no way to prevent it from ruining a repaired floor. As a professional myself I understand people should be able to rely on my advice. That is the point of being a professional. If I give out bad advice I will do everything I can to make it right.
