Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had with an accountant in 30 years…read more 2021 they forget to set up electronic ACH payments, despite telling me they'd completed this. 2022 they realize they screwed up my return in 2021 and had to file an adjustment. 2023 they inform me they never charged me for Quickbooks management in 2022 and they need to charge me last year and this year. I review their activity in Quickbooks, and it is so minimal it's a joke. Pretty much every balance is off. Never mind, eh. I still owe them $6,000 for their efforts. CA Tax Franchise Board tell me taxes weren't paid for 2022. I need to go back through bank activity - Gerry Andrade and co. have been entirely unresponsive, despite numerous attempts to contact them. Go with this firm for your tax returns if you enjoy expensive mistakes and like slow to nonexistent responses, poor communication generally and being palmed off to more junior accountants every year. Pretty sure if I'd stuck with them for 2024 they'd have the janitor doing my return.
