They weren't "open" even though it was well after their opening time. Not once did the employees acknowledge us. We left. A few days later, the kids in our group wanted A&W so we tried again. They were open this time. It was clear that the location was poorly managed at best. Inside and out the facility was filthy. There was a stench of something in the air as well. Restrooms were clearly not cleaned that day, likely not the day prior either. There are some personal pride issues for employees here. I would frankly be embarrassed to be known to have an association to this restaurant.
