Got a doordash and the order was missing many items, went personally to get the missing items and first bad experience was the manager grabbing the phone from my hand and taking it to the back to verify order without asking if she could use it to verify order, said it was a 2 minute wait which ended up being longer than that and the worker called out to me by yelling hey you and asking in a rude manner if that was enough fries for me, i guess its a problem me trying to get stuff i paid for, anyways, very unprofessional establishment, owner needs to clean house, never ordering from here again, and i get big orders read more

No stars if I could. We visited this location twice on a recent trip. The first time, we waited outside with a large group of 14 people. They weren't "open" even though it was well after their opening time. Not once did the employees acknowledge us. We left. A few days later, the kids in our group wanted A&W so we tried again. They were open this time. It was clear that the location was poorly managed at best. Inside and out the facility was filthy. There was a stench of something in the air as well. Restrooms were clearly not cleaned that day, likely not the day prior either. There are some personal pride issues for employees here. I would frankly be embarrassed to be known to have an association to this restaurant. read more

When my family walked in all we could smell was rancid grease, There where no clean tables and flies everywhere. The garbage can was also just sitting in a corner with a over flowing garbage coming out. We ordered our food and waited about 20mins. When we got out food we were missing a Cheese Burger and there was a long hair fried into the cheese curds. I took them back for new ones and to get the burger we were missing and the employees were just standing around listening to inappropriate music, there was food crumbs all over the floor, and the door to enter the kitchen was covered in dirt and grease. Rolled up to the Drive-thru before 8.50 to get a couple root beer floats. Car in front of me apparently pulled up to the window. After waiting 3-4 mins and saying "I'd like to order", no answer, so I pull up to the window. I tell them I got no answer at the speaker. They say they're closed because they "ran out of everything". BS. I told them we just want root beer floats and they tell me A&w closed at 8.30! Not what the drive thru hours say, or what it says online. It's the same restaurant. Two cars waiting in Drive-thru when we pulled off. Easily 4 missed orders. Hope the owner reads this and sees how much money he's losing, while paying his slackers. read more

Just okay. Staff needs training and music was crazy loud. It's a KFC and A&W combo place so more like fast food. Can't recommend; look to go somewhere else. read more

After about 5 years of avoiding this place I decided to give it another shot. Was pleasantly surprised that the food quality went up, and the workers that I encountered were friendly. This was one of the worst fast food meals I have ever had. The restaurant was gross the bathrooms real bad. I ordered bacon cheeseburger it had 50 pickles on it and they forgot the bacon it was disgusting. Also two KFC snackers and the bread was stale and not edible.. I went through the drive thru for a root beer float only. They're a KFC/A&W, also. There was one car at the window waiting for their things when I ordered. The wait took what felt like forever for everything - car in front of me, person to take my money, then to give me my float. The car in front of me didn't seem to order much, but overall, it was probably a good 10 minute drive thru wait for a float when it was not busy inside or outside. My family and I were driving through town and decided to go since the one in our town closed. There were five of us 2 ordered from KFC and 3 ordered from A&W. The 3 from A&W were missing the fries, the pickle only cheese burger had no pickle and the chili cheese coney was upside down and slopped together, couldn't even be eaten in the car. The 2 KFC meals were missing the biscuits and the cookies were completely RAW! The meal with mashed potatoes and gravy was only a bowl of gravy NO potatoes. This was at 7:00 pm and they were not that busy. Since we were back on the road I decided to call the store just to let the manager know about our service, he listened to part of my story and then but me on hold, I eventually hung up after 6 minutes. This was the worst restaurant experience we have had in a long time. My boy ordered a burger from A&W and I ordered chicken from the KFC. It was FREEZING in the building first of all, and they had their lights off. Trying to save money or something? Who knows. His burger was cold and his fries were burnt and cold. He actually just wanted the sandwich but they rang us up for a combo anyway. I didn't get my cookie with my meal. The fact that it was soooo cold in the building made it terrible. Yet another occasion for the youth of Dickinson to show their inability to perform simple tasks. Such as reading the order number and calling it out correctly. I watched my order be handed to a gentleman that had ordered a cheeseburger and another guy receive that cheeseburger. They were not swamped with customers, so I felt that was odd. I ordered a coney dog with chili cheese fires, and while this will almost never look like a culinary masterpiece, this crew seemed like they put a lot of heartfelt I don't care into the food. The cheese was partially on the dog and mostly was just covering areas on the styrofoam container. Which for dine in I'm not sure why that type of container was used. The floor mats were rolled and stacked on top of the trash bins which lead to a precarious leaning tower of food trays stacked on top of said mats. I will not eat here again. read more

Waited 30 minutes to get my order from the drive-thru. I ordered a small combo so it shouldn't have taken that long to get my food. 15 minutes to wait to make an order and 15 minutes of waiting to get my food... and I was the only car in the drive through for the first 10 of that. Vehicles behind me got their food before me and I was waiting for someone to run my food out to me. Worst "fast" food restaurant in Dickinson by a long shot. read more
