The floors and tables are dirty most of the time. But hey, it's fast food you have to go in twice for, drive thru is your best option. I went to Wendy's during lunch hour and went into the dining room since the drive thru was backed. I ordered a $7.00 bigger meals. Got my drink and waited a new employee that worked there five years ago clocked in and I told the one employee that I needed to go back to work. The employee at the told me have patience and told another customer I am about to go off on her and rolled her eyes at me like I was not even standing there. It is the very last time I will ever go to that hell hole. Then she wished me a Blessed Day maybe she needs to go back to running that food truck which by the way went belly up read more

Wendy's, the National fast food chain most people love. If you live in Dickinson, ND though there's not much to love about it. The biggest issue would be the 45 minute to even sometimes an hour wait time in the drive thru. I understand "staff shortages" but every other food place in Dickinson, ND has managed to send food out in at least under 20 minutes. There's only one place in town with a 45 minute to an hour drive-thru time and that's Wendy's. Now the other minor issues. The staff could be much more friendly. There's a couple people working there that make you say "what was wrong with them" after interacting with them. Lastly, the food is just okay. It's not good enough to make up for the long wait. I usually get a chicken sandwich and it's a coin toss whether it'll be good. This is easily the worst fast food joint in town. read more

Was really excited to see Wendy's hours open from 10:30am to 12am every day. Unfortunately they said they were closed when I pulled in the drive thru at 11:24pm. Disappointed that their hours are incorrect online. Updated hours would be much appreciated. Thanks. read more

The food is hot delicious. The bacon queso french fries had way more bacon than I have ever had before and I asked for extra onions on my chili and boy did I get them!! My husband's spicy chicken sandwich was delicious as always and the service very friendly. Great job Wendy's read more

Worst service ever!! African girl threw my kids meal bag which knocked over my cups. She keps rolling her eyes at me the whole time. I payed witha $50 which made the cashier confirm the bill with manager. On her way back she whispered to another worker foreign language and the word f**k. I aske to speak to the manager. Food is always great and order always correct. Giving a 3 because each time I go through the drive through the lady who takes my money acts like I have inconvenienced her in some way. No smiles, no "have a great day". It seems minor but it would help her tremendously to be a little more friendly. read more

Cashier was very nice. I come to the drive thru if I am in a hurry. The baconator is my favorite burger on the menu.
