A good example of the chain as a whole, and proof that "fast" doesn't have to mean "fried" or "greasy". On our road trip, this stop didn't take any longer than a stop at a burger chain. Ordered TOGO food last night and the girl that took the order wasn't the friendliest. The food (chips and seasoned steak) on the other hand were so salty that it was inedible. Most expensive burritos in town, get ready to pay $8.00 + for a burrito. Not many selections to choose from and also for extra guacamole $1.50 ! For a drink and burrito I ended up paying 9.79$, and the burrito wasn't even all that good, half cold and half Luke warm from the meat. If I could give this 0 stars, I would! My husband and I had Drs appointment in Sioux City and were looking for a place to go to lunch. It was about 11:15 AM. I asked my husband if he wanted to try QDOBA because I used to go to one in Washington State that was great! We walked into Sargent Road QDOBA, and from the minute we walked in, I noticed how dirty it was. We ordered the food and as we were going down the line, I noticed the food in the bins looked old, like last nights food. The lettuce and the guacamole was brown! We got our food and proceeded to get some water, and the floors were absolutely disgusting and so were the tables. They just opened, so I knew they had been that way for a while. Whoever the manager is, he/she should be fired!!! I am threatening to call the health department on them. read more

Marcus and i went to qdoba on hamilton blvd for first time. Had two smothered burritos... were great for price, but didnt know if chicken was burnt or really grilled saturday nidht around 930pm. Almost all tables were dirty. No one helped us or greeted us for a few minutes. I could hear people in back talking but no one coming to help. Finally an employee who was in lobby angrily waits on us, practically assaulting our food. He was staring killer daggers to folks in back for not helping. One of the people in back was eating. Worst service I've ever received at a Qdoba. Waited 5 minutes to be helped while no one was in line. A girl came out and never said "hi" and was clearly very annoyed to be working on a Sunday night. Four employees were working and not one greeted me or gave me a friendly smile. With a solid hour left of business, I would have expected the same service as if I showed up right at opening. We went the other day and the food was pretty good. My boyfriend ordered a steak and cheese burrito and they didn't put much meat in it. We talked to a manager and he re-made my boyfriend's burrito and gave us some chips and queso. That was very nice!! I just wish they would warm their burritos after they make them (like they do with the quesadillas). By the time we got to eat the burrito the tortilla was ice cold. read more

I love Q'doba's burritos. I recommend getting the pork with rice and the mild green sauce. An earlier poster commented that the burritos are expensive, but they're also huge. 1 burrito can feed two people or you can take it home and have leftovers. They also have a nice atmosphere for sitting outside when it's a nice day. At night the outdoor seating area has heaters that make for a nice atmosphere. This would be a good place to take a date because you could sit outside and have some privacy. Also, my kids love their digital soda machine where they can pick from so many different flavors they can add to their sodas. read more

I've been to this Qdoba a few times over the past year, and each time left me wishing I'd have gone somewhere else for lunch. Poor service, sub-par ingredients, no soap or hot water in the bathroom...these thing are hard to get past when you have Chipotle across the street. The only good thing (and the reason I've gone back) is the Coke Freestyle machine, and that's probably not enough to get me back there again. read more

This is our favorite restaurant! We go there once a week. The ingredients are top quality, and the steak is great! The guacamole is the best, and they give me as much as I want for no extra charge. We recently tried both similar chains in Sioux City. The flavor didn't compare, nor the portions. One place charged $3 for guacamole, for one dollop, and the other was $1 for a pathetic little spoonful. Huge amounts at QDoba for.....FREE! ¡OLE! read more
