Sad place to go for dinner huh? Especially if I'm not a broke college student. This past weekend I got dragged into QDOBA in Whitewater, Wisconsin. I felt groggy going in here, cause I KNOW they're dirty in there. I could tell by the food on the wall, and scabs on all the meat. We got in and I'm met with a rancid smell, might've been the trash that hadn't gotten taken out. Inexcusable. We also had to wait even though there were two people that could have easily done it instead of the dude on the call. The food itself I didn't hate, just small portions and it was straight cold. It was gross, but tasted fine. Not to mention the rice was clumpy, which means it had been sitting for WAY too long. Not ALL awful, and I'll probably go back if I need a quick lunch or something of the like. This place gets 2 stars, and honestly it probably caps out as such. Thanks QDOBA! No hate! read more

The worst meal I've had by a long shot. I've gone to Qdoba hundreds of times and thoroughly enjoyed my meal each time until I started eating at the Whitewater location. After giving this location, staff and food multiple chances to redeem themselves before writing a review, I've come to my last straw. I arrived at this location 4/6/22 at 2:36PM when the lunch rush was over and dinner rush hadn't started. When I walked in I was "greeted", more like hardly acknowledged, by an employee who was wildly irritated that I had decided to walk through the front door. As you might imagine, she did not brighten up once throughout the ordering process. Upon asking if I'd like chips with my order, I said yes, she opened the draw to the chips when I was overcome by a smell of sawdust(IYKYK, that means they're stale, borderline rotten). Accepting my loss for another below average Whitewater Qdoba experience, I took one bite of my burrito bowl and nearly spit it out. Steak was burnt, rice was chunky and hard. Not only did it taste like shit but I'm currently gripping the sides of my toilet like it's a rocket ship and I'm about to blast off(0/10 would not recommend). To make matters worse when I called to complain and get my money back the phone rang for almost 5 minutes at the location before I hung up and called corporate. Corporate then tried reaching the same store and couldn't. I left my name and number with them to reach out to me at a later time. However I've got half a mind to drive back to the location and demand a refund for such a poorly managed, absolute embarrassment of a restaurant. I love Qdoba, i've gone to this Qdoba here before and it's been pretty good but a lot of the time they are out of things and don't have any more of. So today I go and I get tacos and the rice in the tacos are mushy to the point where it's like eating mashed potatoes, the flour tortillas weren't even cooked and they're breaking apart and everything was falling out of it and it was just gross and to add on top of that they were out of a sauce I wanted and didn't have anymore of it. This has happened a few times to me and it's annoying. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous I'm paying almost $20 for a meal that isn't even good. The staff here are always nice but food quality was absolutely horrible. read more

I'll assume you're familiar with Qdoba. It's a burrito place and a national chain, but muuuuch better than Chipotle or Baja Fresh thanks to unique, fresh ingredients. I especially love the corn salsa, which goes perfectly with black beans and sour cream. Your meat options are chicken, steak, ground beef, and pork. Fajitas are also yummy, as are the quesadillas. This is the latest to open in a building that was most recently A & W / KFC and was once a Dairy Queen. Hopefully, it's here to stay, because sadly, this is the best Mexican you'll find in Whitewater. read more

Let me be clear, nothing wrong with the employees making my food or the food itself. However, after I ordered and paid for my salad I asked for a fork. They gave me a spoon and said that's all they had. WTF am I supposed to do with a spoon and a salad?! They said they made a mistake ordering and a ran out. Ok, mistakes happen. But then you improvise. There's a little store called Walmart a few blocks away, the QDOBA manager could have bought some forks there to hold them over until their next shipment of forks came in. Terrible. A group of maybe 15 athletes and myself came in to order dinner after our meet. We were told that the grill was broken, and we were unable to order steak or chicken because it was being saved for "regular paying customers". We then asked why we wouldn't qualify as regular customers and she gave no response. They then proceeded to let other athletes, from that same meet, order steak or chicken. When trying to order classic meals such as nachos/ quesadillas/ tacos... we were told no. The service was very unprofessional. I've been reading these other reviews and they all sound like petty people getting mad over something little that happened. I go the the whitewater qdoba once a week and it's usually just high school or college kids working. the fact that some people have the audacity to leave a bad review for these kids who are just trying to work is appalling. The whitewater qdoba has good staff and good food, if your expecting a 5 star meal then go to fanatico because this is qdoba which is known for having good, quick, cheap food. people need to stop being Karen's and think about other people before themselves. if your so mad about a visit to this wonderful restraunt then pick up an application. read more

For a while I would stop by twice a week, but it was bad for my figure hahaha. Steak burrito, extra steak, no sour cream, two scoops mild, one scoop hot, catering guac on the side. I think I have 6 free meals due to my qdoba card, but I will hang on to those until the mango chick salad is back. Good times. read more

Food was ok, service was near terrible. The man behind the counter slopped small portions into my burrito bowl with attitude then slid it down the line. Got to the bottom of my burrito bowl and ate a large chunk of raw onion when that was not supposed to be in my dish. Would definitely need a very strong craving to go back. read more

So, I went to Qdoba for dinner because I love Qdoba but today was mediocre. First, I ordered 3 steak tacos and I asked if they had any brown rice left and there was none left and the employee working(Tamara- the name tag on her shirt) was a bit rude about it. Then, I asked for white rice and she gave like a quarter of the spoon utensil for all three tacos I ordered. So after that she asked any queso. I said, "yes please, can I have it on the side though" and she was like well do you want the big or little and I said the small one as a "side" for my tacos and she said "ok" in a rude and annoyed way when I already answered her. Finally we got chips because I love the chips there so we get it and the chips were not cooked fully. They tasted chewy and just not good. The guacamole had no seasoning and tasted so plain with Huge chunks of onions in it. Thank you for reading this. Cruising past Whitewater on Rte. 12 in March and craving some Mexican food since Eau Claire, I was excited to see a Qdoba here. A quick turn and we arrived at a new looking place. Food was good as usual & better options (& quality) than Chipotle. Staff was very pleasant and checked on us at our table. Will have to remember it is here on our trips up north. read more
