Upon arrival at the office, I requested that the check-in person Kateri double check that I was both covered by my insurance and they'd received my referral and she graciously confirmed. The nurse who did my IV, Puja, did a skilled job and was friendly. Ian, my anesthesiologist, patiently answered questions and explained propofol. Dr Sooklal, was also approachable, yet professional. And finally my nurse, Maryann was so kind as I was taking my time getting ready and she went over my results thoroughly. I felt very cared for and 12 hours later I am just fine. They are a great team and worked well together, and I would definitely recommend them for this procedure!
