I now describe him as THE BEST. Yesterday, Sunday, Ray came out again to get our intercom working after Starry Internet once again caused our intercom system to cease. My first review below equally appliefor recent visit. My building had Starry internet installed but somehow our intercom system for some of the units got disconnected after the installation. Making an appointment with Ryan was fast and easy and he was punctual in his arrival at the scheduled appointment. He was super nice and was diligent in addressing the issue we had.

The alarm console in my hallway repeatedly beeped every few hours for weeks, and despite calling…read moremultiple times, no one could tell me what was causing it. Each time, I was essentially told that nothing was wrong, even though the beeping clearly continued. At one point, I became so frustrated that I called simply to ask how to turn off the beeping. I have two young children in the house, and the noise was disruptive, especially when it would happen during the night. I was told there would be a charge just to show me how to turn off the beeping -- despite the fact that no one could explain why it was happening in the first place. The representative then told me someone would call me back within five minutes to walk me through how to shut it off. No one ever called. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating. If your system is going to repeatedly beep for weeks, I expect the company to be able to identify the problem and provide a reasonable solution -- not tell me nothing is wrong and then charge me to stop the noise.
