They installed our cameras about 7 years ago and it was time for an upgrade. Called George who setup an appointment in a couple days, George gave us priority as a repeat customer, much appreciated. The tech came out, took out the old cameras and installed the new cameras. The installation of the new cameras went well without any issues. I called a week or so later, talked to George about getting the app to view the cameras on our iPad, he got a tech on the phone who walked me through the setup to so we can view on the iPad. In the past with the old cameras, George and the team were very helpful to resolve the issues we were having, always seeing if the issue can be resolved without having a tech come out and having to charge for the service visit. It's refreshing that they have this approach as other companies won't troubleshoot with their customers over the phone. Had a security camera go out after the heavy rains we had in L.A in Feb 2022. LA Security Camera came out as soon as I called them to fix the camera. When I finally decided to have security cameras installed around my home, I was full of trepidation. I was sure it would cost an exorbitant amount and the cameras would be difficult to access and view from my phone. I couldn't have been more wrong. I thought I would go with just a few cameras outside, but I ended up with full coverage both outside and inside for a price that was lower than what most of my friends had paid for their systems from other companies. It records 24/7 in HD, is easy to access from my phone, and provides full audio and visual surveillance daytime and night, without extra lights, and indicates when there is movement. Every square inch of my property is now covered inside and out, and the system is a breeze to operate.
