It was in a dangerous position so they came right away and got it done with their boom. In the process they noticed a few other branches and took care of them for nothing extra. I was impressed by how well they knew trees. Great to work with. Very professional. Also, they work directly with the insurance company, which is a major relief.

They do a lot of advertising so I guess that's where a lot of it goes. Also there's extra cost of having a person just for giving estimates. Downsides could be details not conveyed to the crew or having to explain it again. On the plus side, they were available fairly quickly. Or is that a bad thing? I guess if you have an emergency and need tree work done right away and money is not a priority, give them a call. But if you have time, always get multiple quotes and check their insurance and licenses, don't just trust their word.
