They asked for the photo design and wording and sent the design proof prior to the event. They asked for the background. Communication was excellent! They came early to set up. And the photo booth went very smoothly for the entire event. I went to events in the past where the photo booth (not from Snap It Studios) froze a few times and they had to reboot the machine and cause a long line due to the technical difficulties. With Snap It Studios we didn't have any technical difficulties at all! They had air drop option as well that was very helpful sending the picture. Oh and they also have option to do boomerang video!
