I went elsewhere to find the variety of fits in the colors needed and better pricing as well. I do not think it's worth buying the wrong fit in a bigger size for the price they are asking. I'd rather get the right size, right fit to be comfortable for 9+ hrs a day when you're spending $40 + on each piece.

I DID go back since I needed repair and couldnt find places familar with Luggie. My experience was back to it former 5-star quality. There was no evidence of the offending employee. Everyone was GREAT!!!! I even tried to tip them because they were so wondeful and the guy refused saying "Its our job!" After my last experience I feared they would gouge me as that gal tried to but went back since all other experiences with them have been great. I am GLAD I did! The folks were terrific and HONEST!!!! I am glad I gave them a try again. I wouldnt have but for the truly exceptional service I had in all prior dealings. I do not think they changed hands but rather the negative experience I previously reported may have been a single gal having a negative day.

Eva was great to deal with. I purchased a demo from the showroom. After a few days I wanted to swap it out for a different model that would fit in my vehicle better. She worked with me on the exchange so I got exactly what I wanted. All of the staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. I will definitely return when I have worn out my new scooter.
