This business is very poorly managed by allowing this conduct to occur. We were cussed out and threatened TWICE that "a gun would be put to our heads" if we attempted to pick up my trailer. Matt handled our GN livestock trailer repairs that totalled $2655.72 and of that amt. $202.40 was tax. We are a farm/ranch and have a Agricultural/Timber tax exempt permit. I told him that I had already sent my horse trainer to pick up the trailer with a check made out less the tax. Matt totally freaked out and started screaming, cussing and threatening us. I assured him not to worry and that we would pick up the trailer no matter what was owed. I called my CPA and he said to pay the tax which is exactly what we did. This business DOESN'T HANDLE PROBLEMS OR DISAGREEMENTS VERY WELL AT ALL. What a horrible experience all over a tax exempt issue. TEXAS CUSTOMZ has lost us as a customer forever. "GOOD PEROPLE" do exist…read more The morning I needed a Tow Service, I called another company. That company damaged the front of my vehicle and had to be sent away. My second call was to Precision Towing! Where the Owner, John Crouse, answered the phone . He took time to ask questions to find out what happened. He calmed me down and said I'll have a driver there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, I had a very courteous driver at my residence. His employee was professional 100% of the time. He explained the whole process for "being in control" of my vehicle. He followed all safety precautions (making sure I was in my yard and not next to my vehicle) and took pictures of all 4 sides of my vehicle. Then, safely winched my vehicle onto his truck. Once loaded, I handed him my credit card. I was told "this is a no charge tow". Again, I called the Owner and said that I was glad to pay for the tow. John explained that I had been thru enough for the day. I HIGHLY Recommend PRECISION TOWING! Their professionalism has made them MY FIRST CALL! Things I learned Take a picture of a Tow Company's Insurance card before they touch your vehicle Video EVERYTHING (thank goodness my surveillance system recorded the original incident) Take pictures yourself - especially if you think the tow truck has backed up too close to your vehicle If a Tow driver ask you to help in anyway - SEND THEM ON THEIR WAY!! Vehicle owners are NOT to touch their vehicle once a Tow Truck has arrived If a Tow Truck Company damages your vehicle, get the "Blue Form" from the Police Department Go to https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/ Here you can search for a Towing Company, make a complaint with TDLR.
