After 4 hours AAA coordinated with another company. Feel free to use Garcia if you want a company that will take your money, leave you stranded for hours in extreme conditions, and is utterly lacking in integrity. The driver was super nice and offered to let me pay over the phone but we didn't have the same payment app, so I ended up sending someone to get cash to give to them.
