The place is currently run by Jason Ng, who is an awesome auto technician. He is always extremely courteous, kind, and respective. Fluent in Cantonese and English, I love that he communicates to my parents in Cantonese and speaks English to me; this makes me feel comfortable for not having to stress with trying to convey myself in Cantonese. From all of our years coming here, me and my family experienced no issue. The COST to get our cars serviced is EXTREMELY reasonable, so if you are looking for a break from the crazy rates at your car dealership, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. PLUS, the waiting area is quite cozy, with comfortable seats, a tv screen, drinks, and... CUP NOODLES! That's right, they offer CUP NOODLES, the legit Chinese ones that actually tastes delicious! But if sitting around and waiting for your car to get fixed is not your thing. Markville Mall is literally a 5-minute walk away, so you could hang out there and get your shopping done. At that time I specifical ask not once but twice for the mechanic to check fluids ( oil, automatic transmission fluid, power steering fluid) . When I got the phone call from Kevin about how much the repair would be , I asked if the fluids were check. I got a big O Ya we did. They are fine. I asked also if the maintenance light could be turned off. When I go the car the maintenance light was still on. I checked the fluids myself and automatic transmission fluid and the power steering fluid were low. The only thing this shop is good at that you can trust is them making out the bill. Since the oil filter was not changed , I was forced to go to Lexus dealer garage to change the oil filter. You can imagine my surprise, when Lexus mechanic told me that tires were not rotated either! As you can see , on the Master Mechanic invoice one of two items listed is "rotated tires". I called Master Mechanic, they ask me to come back for rotation. BUT, ONCE I HAVE BEEN LIED TO, MY TRUST IS LOST. Lexus also changed the oil filter without any problems. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED MASTER MECHANIC HIGH PARK. While the office is a bit run down, with faded family photos, it does adds a bit of character and part of the charm. As promised, we were in and out in about 15 mins~ and if you pay cash, you can skip taxes too. I asked for a quote for oil change and braker fluid and for sure I know the oil change is better than getting it at my dealership already. I'll definitely recommend and will likely return for my next scheduled service. Harry, who's the owner, was personable and I noticed a steady stream of customers and calls during my time there so definitely call in and make an appointment as there's no scheduling online. I believe it's a family-run shop, I think I saw his son's certification on the wall as well.

Very reasonable rates and quick service. I recently went to them for a safety inspection. They were very quick about it and found no problems. I appreciate the honesty from these guys. I just had the car in for a safety inspection at MR Automotive where they tried to scam me and tell me lots of things were wrong with the car. I know there was nothing wrong with it (I do all the maintenance on my other cars) and HC were honest and didn't try to charge me when there was nothing wrong. Highly recommended!
