I looked up the mobile number it forwarded my call. Contacted the general phone number. Press any options and you will never get ahold of anyone. These guys are scam artists. Got on my roof since I had a claim with insurance company and they ripped my shingles off in several locations on roof. Insurance co sent an investigator out to prove it was not wind damage but it was manually damaged. I had to pay out of pocket for new roof. SCAMMERS. read more

It all started off with Ronald, their ringer salesman, who showed up on my driveway one day and gave us a "Free consult" and pointed out what he claimed were multiple signs of damage on our roof and that he could "get the insurance company to pay for all of it". They have a 5-star rating on Google, he tells me. I expressed that we had plans to move about 6 months later so a new roof would certainly go well, and he pounced on the opportunity. We needed our attic insulation redone, which we thought we'd have them do as well since the attic and roof are connected. We felt that the skylights should be redone with the roof, but Ronald BS'ed us that we should either board them up and close them, or leave them alone all together, despite their less-than-stellar condition. Ronald very emphatically moved the financial process along to get his money. The roof was done all in one day. This was on a Thursday. On Monday, there was a torrential rain storm, and we had a FLOOD OF WATER coming through our living room recessed lighting fixtures and our kitchen skylights. WATER EVERYWHERE. They claim to have a 24-hour emergency service phone number, which nobody answered that night, and they finally called us back the next day. Their owner, Greg, came to assess the situation. Now mind you, my wife was 6 months pregnant at the time, and her father is in construction (several hours away or he would've done this all himself), and he asked my wife to kindly ask Greg about how things were done. Greg BERATED MY PREGNANT WIFE! GOD FORBID ANYONE QUESTION HIS WORK AND HIS BELOVED 5-STAR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE! Insanely unprofessionally and disrespectful. Now all of a sudden Ronald decides to play the "good cop" to Greg's "bad cop" and tries to sweet talk us more, but we're fed up with his bullshit, too. Eventually they get some of their workers to come and supposedly fix the issues that caused the leak. Now that the water has leaked through the roof and through the attic, and all of the insulation is soaked, we have no choice but to have these assholes do our attic now. So we start the attic in mid July. They have workers come and start by removing the insulation. I catch one of their hillbilly employees pissing in my backyard behind my shed. Really classy. Next thing we know, workers aren't showing up for days at a time. THERE IS NO INSULATION IN OUR ATTIC AND ITS 90+ DEGREES OUTSIDE AND MY PREGNANT WIFE, MY DOGS AND I HAVE TO LIVE IN A SAUNA. They give us these ridiculous excuses that they can't get ahold of any of their workers, can't get them to show up to work, and other nonsense. The company eventually pawns off John, a younger employee, on our case, who at least is very understanding, apologetic, and professional. He openly disagrees with how the other men handle themselves and conduct their business, and he's stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to get things done for us. Meanwhile, the roof job is "done" in their opinion, and their sleazy pig Ronald only contacts me when he wants to collect the rest of the money owed. I refuse to pay him until the attic job is done, which is dragging on. He insists that they're two different jobs and we have to pay them, and I argue that I'm not paying them until the entire work is done. Don't forget- we wanted our skylights repaired, which are connected to the attic and roof, and they insist that they don't have to be done. The attic is finally "completed", despite the fact that their crew left a complete mess of insulation all around my garage. We have no choice but to pay them the rest of the money and hopefully never have to hear from them again. Well, here we are four months later, and we've sold our house... The inspector comes and completely ANNIHILATES HOW POORLY THE ROOF AND ATTIC WERE DONE, AND OUR BUYERS HAVE BACKED OUT OF THE AGREEMENT. LEAKS EVERYWHERE, FAILING SKYLIGHTS AND ATTIC FIRE HAZARDS. I should have ignored the "changed management" reviews. It's STILL the same guy, Greg, that everyone has written bad reviews about. I guess they tried cleaning up the reviews to look like they got rid of the bad apple. Their FB doesn't allow reviews and they post only glowing ones from their own website. The guy is shady as the day is long. Had an insurance claim, I asked him before work was started to explain to me exactly what was going to be done because I didn't understand what my insurance company sent to me. He said he was doing an overlay on half my roof. I asked what else? He kept repeating himself. So, I kept asking what else? There were several things listed by my insurance company, including something about gutters, so I KNOW it wasn't just roofing. He then got angry with me when his, "don't worry, I'm going to take care of you" charm act didn't work. He told me he was ONLY doing the roofing because he was doing MORE than they paid for. I told him I don't want MORE on the roof, I just want whatever they said needs to be done fixed. After a little back and forth and realizing he had no intention of doing any of the other work, I decided I wasn't comfortable with them and wanted to have somewhere honest do the work. I called the office and the manager there said they deposited my check already, he wasn't in the office to cut me a check to refund me, but tomorrow morning (today) I could come by and he'd be there with a check for me. I got there at 10am and rang the bells. A couple times. Called and got voicemail so I left a message. Called again and got through to Greg and when I told him I was there waiting for my check he said I wasn't getting anything back from them until I paid the "open invoice" he had. This was the first mention of any invoice. They had tarped my roof. I asked yesterday when I canceled the rest of the job what I owed for that. They told me "nothing" so I said, "ok, are you sure?" and was told "yep, you're all set" so I figured that was that, maybe they were trying to make me happy because I was so upset. Now Greg is claiming I owe him $750 for "emergency tarping" and when I told him I knew it should be around a couple hundred and I was willing to pay that he sneeringly told me, "Well the extra is for emergency services." There were never any "emergency services," in fact, I had said at the time that I was surprised they came the day after I called and he told me then that it was just "how we do business" and that they were going to "take care of me." I wish I'd known then that his "taking care of" a customer meant screwing them. ETA I don't know why my location says San Francisco and I don't know how to fix it. I'm in Rhode Island. Absolutely disgusted... I am building a case,so I cant divulge much, however I have been given a Bunk eviction letter in a hand written envelope by the owner of this company because he claims that my 1 and 4 year old daughters happen to be a tad loud at 6:10pm. I have been a solid Renter since November and have been Harassed beyond belief the entire stay. I had a better experience when I was between apartments living at extended stay hotels. I can tell by the workmanship of my apartment that this company does not care about quality. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMNPANY .Ron came to my home i had a leak that stained thekitchen ceiling it was in the area of the kitchen stove exhaust vent no other spots .I asked RON if the vent could be repaired .He wanted thethe home insurance policy before he would answer questions .He gave me the it will be all set .He called the insurance company told them i needed a new roof ,with new plyood sheating .The roof was 17 yrs old .The roofers never replaced the old leaky exhaust vent .2 months later water is dripping onto my kitchen floor ,thenew paint is peeling on the ceiling .I called the company they sent a crew to piaint the ceiling .Again water on my kitchen floor the exhaust vent shorted out ceiling paint peeling .I called greg came to home " we will fix it like new ' Another guy came to my home ,went upon roof found the kitchen exhaust vent was leaking ,he sent a crew to replace the vent .I aked a to send someone to repair ceilingand replace exhaust fan .John said he would send a crew to repair ceiling 5months later leaving voice mails .text no one has come to repair ceiling ,the insulation and sheet rock in attic is moldy and the exhaust fan is rusty will not work .This company called me the next day after roof installed and for the next week for the insurance check my ceiling and attic is a mess no responce from company but they were calling every day for the insurance check.Read and believe the other negative reviews read more

John and Juan at first seemed like stand up guys but as the job was complete for my wife's Moms house there word and actions didn't match. She only speaks Spanish so she talked to Juan. I spoke to John the day she signed the papers. Everything seems legit at the time. Once the job was done there was left over materials. That was ours, they came back to the property and stole the left over materials and when my wife called they said they would return them and that never happened. We referred a few people and was suppose to receive money and that also didn't happen. Then a associate named Carmen spoke to my wife and so called tried to resolve the situation but that never happened also and we didn't receive even a call back when she spoke to my wife and said she would. It's very disappointing dealing with folks like this. This is extremely unprofessional. Future clients please be very careful when dealing with this company. read more
