My girlfriend and her friend booked an appointment days before. When they arrived (on time) they had to wait 15 or more minutes. Then when they showed them the design they wanted the lady said that they are really busy and couldn't do designs so my girlfriend asked for just the French dip but they ended up not having the right color. Basically this tells me that either this place always over books and does this often or they took a walk in when they shouldn't have and not the people with appointments don't get why they wanted. They still tipped because they are nice but I would have put 0% do better and give priority to those that have appointments and not take walk in to cut in with their time. if you're booked throughout the day with appointments then don't take walk in. read more

Love this place! They are very nice and accommodating. I had an appt at 5:30pm for gel pedicure only and I decided last minute I would ask if I can get a gel x full set. I really like this nail place and it's my go to pedicure place! The price reflects what you get so don't expect high end luxury spa experience. The place is very clean and the equipment look new- nothing torn or worn out. The pedicure chairs have massage functions on them which is really nice. I went to a different place in Boise for a pedicure and their chairs did not massage and they charged more! I highly recommend adding the $15 foot salt packet with the foaming massage soap- it's worth it and they do a good job of massaging it into your feet and legs. They take walkins but be willing to be patient as this is family run and they have limited workers. I'm guessing it's husband, wife and the son- all really nice people! read more

I've been coming here to get my nails done for the past three years. Erick,the owner, does an fantastic job at the acrylic nails and French manicure. Today I decided to get a pedicure and also get my nails done with the usual acrylic and French manicure. I was able get in right away and was out in two hours. So far i have nothing but great things to say about this nail spa. The owner Erick did my nails and he did a great job. Now only time will tell on whether or not they will lift or break. I tend to go longer than most people when it comes to getting fills, anywhere from 4-6 weeks. It could be because my nails don't grow fast or the nails just last long. I usually go with nudes but since spring is on the way i went with this colorful fuchsia. I believe it's number 16. This place is in a great location, the owner was kind and worked with me not feeling well (moving around a lot and rubbing my head) where some people would have yelled at me and said "sit still!" ***Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cheap place to get their nails done but doesn't do a cheap job. I'm so sick of paying a ridiculous amount for fills so i loved finding a place that didn't charge a ridiculous amount for fills or new sets. Got a horrible pedicure here. The younger guy was extremely unfriendly and acted as if I was a nuisance. Barely did anything to my feet, didn't cut cuticles or inside of nails. Pedicure was 10 min then I asked why he didn't and he said he did. Right after this is what my foot still looked like. Reason I was there in the first place. He didn't scrub my feet at all. Moved from San Diego to Boise 6mo ago.... And I'VE tried many places in Meridian off of Eagle- (Sassy/ Envy/ Q Nail.....) QT Nail is super clean and open. They have a great selection of polish (newer-not old and crusty) mostly OPI brand. Their spa pedicure chairs are brand new- and they use a new liner for each spa pedicure. T (I think was her name) did an amazing job on my toes- (it has been 5mo since my last pedi) she took her time- DIDN'T try to up charge me for a flower etc. (I hate when nail salons do that) gave a couple great massages- first with scrub and then with lotion. Erick- started my manicure and T ended up painting my nails. Both had great attention to detail- totally cleaned these talons up! However...after spending close to $250 for 4 mani pedis I'd like our nails to look good for more than a day...I'll attach pics. The gels on our nails turned out slightly lumpy. Not the typical smooth look we have had in the past. We asked for flowers on one finger but that came across to confusing so we settled for stripes. These stripes were an additional $5. Our toes were done with regular polish and they turned out terrible. Not sure how they cracked and bubbled but it happened. I did have fun with my nieces but won't be returning. read more

I am not sure how this place has maintained a 5 star rating. Do they delete the poor reviews? I went in and they sat me right away for my pedicure. The entire process for that lasted about 20-25 minutes. It was below adequate. She washed my feet with soap which was unusual. I wasn't given any options for add ons. She did massage my feet but it was only for about a minute and a half per foot. When she painted my toes, she got the paint color all over my toes themselves. On top of that, she literally only did one coat of polish. When I got to the car and looked down I could see through the paint. It was so poorly done I question if she has a certificate. My fingers were about the same. She cut my cuticles and gave me a short massage. She painted my nails and spent longer trying to get the polish off my skin than anything else. she got the polish all over my cuticles and finger tips and I am not being dramatic. I wish I had taken a photo of the after product. My nails cost 50$. 25$ for gel and 25$ for a basic pedicure. Not worth it. The woman (owner I think) was the one who did them. I wish I had the guts to say something. They were really nice, and that is why they get 1 star and not a 0. But honestly, I would never go back, especially for 50$. I went in for a pedicure and a Dipped manicure. The pedicure was just okay. My nails look terrible. They are so thick and uneven, and she even admitted that they weren't 100%. I haven't even had them for a week yet, and they look like they're 2 weeks old. I think if you can admit that your work doesn't look great, then you should give your client a discount. I should not have had to pay full price. Then when i went to pay, my pedicure was $15 more than what I had been told because i had gel polish- I wasn't even given an option for any other type of polish. I went to QT nail spa for a gel French tip manicure on a Thursday as I had an event, my baby shower, on Saturday and would be taking a lot of photo with family and guests, so naturally I wanted my nails to look nice.. On Friday, less than 24 hours after getting my nails done here, my nails were chipped and looking like I had them done weeks ago. I called and spoke with Erik. First he offered that I come in that evening, Friday. I asked if I could come in the morning when they open and was told, "No, I am too busy" and he wouldn't do it until late afternoon which didn't work for me cause of the baby shower. So I said that I would leave the set up for the shower and come in on Friday, like he first offered and would be there in 30 minutes, about 5:45pm. When I said this, Erik then told me that they sometimes close early and he was going to tonight. This went on and he continued to refuse to fix them. So I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and have them done properly. When I said this Erik told me to come in in the morning, to which I responded, "I thought you were too busy?" Instead of soaking my nails to soften up to scrape off, he insisted he just rip them off. He ripped my current set off and was jerking my hands around to the point I suspected he was under the influence of some drug.
