This salon makes it very easy to schedule appointments, and I've enjoyed their pedicure prices in the past, which is why I kept coming back. However, after my most recent experience, I don't think I'll return. My manicure felt very rushed, even though I had an appointment rather than walking in. I initially selected four gel colors from the wall I was shown, but all of them were out of stock. I ended up having to choose new colors while my feet were already being soaked and worked on, which felt disorganized. Within just a few days, my gel manicure chipped, so I called to have it fixed. At first, they only offered appointment times during standard 8-5 work hours, either the same day or the next, which wasn't feasible for me. After some back-and-forth, the owner agreed to open 15 minutes early to accommodate me before my flight that weekend. While I appreciated the effort, the repair itself felt rushed--three nails were fixed in about five minutes. Overall, the experience felt hurried and inconvenient, which was disappointing given my previous visits. read more

I quit getting my pedicures here over a year ago. They got too expensive and the atmosphere is chaotic. I'm hoping I don't regret this, but I went in to purchase gift certificates for my 3 nieces for Christmas, because it was a matter of convenience for me. I told the girl at the front desk what I wanted. Just as she was pulling them out of the drawer she answered the phone. Instead of putting them on hold, she argued with whoever was on the phone about them canceling an appointment for a good five minutes or so. Yes, I should have just left. I paid with a credit card and was charged a fee. Did I mention, she wasn't friendly in the least. Plus the gift certificate expires in 6 months. I recently purchased a gift certificate for my granddaughter at another salon. No fee when I used my card and no expiration date! Never again! I warned my nieces by the way. read more

I booked my apointment after several women recommended this nail shop. The stone massage was very hurried and the stone was barely warm. The gel pedicure was done well. I noticed that the other clients around me that started at the same time were only halfway through the process- I felt like she was very rushed and abrupt . I have been getting pedicures for 25 yrs. I will give them a 2nd chance , but I'm rather disenchanted to be honest . read more

We booked 4 appointments 3 mani/pedis and 1 pedi, got right in for our appointment we all got to sit together that was great. Then the lady that did my mani/pedi was not the best. She didn't just cut me once or twice but 3 times!!! Then she hacked my finger nails off when I just told her I wanted them rounded! Once I got home I had to smooth them out she left them all jagged! Terrible experience this was only my second manicure ever now I know why I don't go to places like this!!!! read more

This nail salon is pushy and lacks flexibility. While they often do good nails, they are not customer focused. Examples of this are constantly texting customers on their appointment days and request to move the time. When you do call to cancel or adjust they make you feel badly. You cannot make an ad hoc appointment until the end of the day (nail repair, paint fix). They are more concerned with their technicians needs than the customer needs. Too many other same or better salons in the area to deal with feeling badly about a nail appointment. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and my toes looked so CUTE, I loved the service! The man who did my feet massaged my legs up to my knees and asked how the water was and had small talk. They had relaxing music playing the background which was also really nice! Would definitely recommend this place as they are clean and efficient! read more

Based on reviews I was hopeful but my pedicure was very lack-luster. The hot stone barely touched my skin and the massage was more a sad rub down. The nail trim and shaping were pretty good but everything felt rushed and minimal. read more

I haven't done my nails in a long time, so I was a bit nervous. When I called, the young woman was very kind and helpful. When I arrived, they had to have been doing something right because it was SO busy ! In the evening, too! The man who did my nails did an absolutely fantastic job. I could not be happier. Quite possibly the most friendly and welcoming nail salon I've ever been to. I originally called to make an appointment for the following day, but they were booked. They took down my name and said they would put me on a wait list and call if an opening came up. They called me that evening and got me in! Everything about this salon was fabulous. A warm greeting from the front desk, and my nail tech was kind and attentive but also let me relax ;) oh and the best part? The LONGEST foot scrub and massage I've ever had at a salon. I am going to a wedding tomorrow and realized very last minute (yesterday) that I would have to wear open toed shoes due to a surgery I've had recently (long story). I called La Vie today seeing if they could fit me in last minute and they put me on a waiting list. In about 30 minutes they called and said they could get me in. Then I received one of the best pedicures I've ever had! I believe my tech was named Jackie and he really took great care of my toes. Was very gentle and very good. The basic package even includes a hot stone massage which I've never seen before. I highly recommend this salon! read more

Most organized nail salon I've been to! Highly recommend appointment because they are busy and actually follow their appointments. They will kindly turn you away or let you know when they really don't have time instead of you waiting forever. Prices match what's on their website and they are reasonable. We came here for a nail set, and the older man that did my nails did a horrid job. I am constantly trying to prevent a possible infection due to the drilling into my unsterilized skin during the nail appt. The vibe was very unwelcoming, and uncomforting. I feel these nail techs should reattend a class that shows them the proper nail school procedures. We will not be back. read more

10 days with no swimming and only showers and my $50 gel pedicure has chipped on 3 toes. The guy that did them took an hour and a half because he was so busy talking. Very sad and disappointed with the results of the pedicure and the lack of massage that came with it. read more

First time we went the service was great. Super clean, relaxing, priced accordingly. The second time we called ahead made an appointment. It was 40 minutes after our appointment time before they took us back. We had a party of three our technicians were all running extremely behind due to being over booked by the front desk. I asked for a pedicure with callus removal and only got a scrub brush used on my heals. No callus removal. My massage was him beating my legs. It didn't hurt but it wasn't relaxing. I asked for a flower and he said no. Not sure if he was joking but I asked again and he said no but then did a flower. My toe nails are kinda sharp on the edges. It was just "ok". read more
