When the arrived and picked out my pedicure color, she told me that I did not schedule for a pedicure. I said to don't know what he wrote but I definitely scheduled both. Then she seemed pot out because I wanted to soak off the previous dip manicure. So, this didn't start right. I said "forget the pedicure let's just do the nails." They do not sterilize their manicure instruments. The cuticle trimming, which should be part of the manicure is an extra $5.00, as is the soak off. Now, I am looking at this manicure and it's awful. The nails on my left hand are shorter than the right hand. The index finger on the right is filed to a distinct point when I wanted rounded. Now I'll go home and make them all even. So not up to my picky standard.

I have never had it only last three days. I will not be going back. Nice people and nice place, but they have people doing manicures in a rushed, untrained manner. For the SNS- Although I had cut my own nails down to the length I wanted, they respected it and did a beautiful job! These are the most perfect, natural-looking nails I've ever had done. She actually built the nail up a bit with a natural SNS and polished it with gel which surprisingly feels so much better! The price was comparable to all the other salons I've been to in the last couple of years. I especially liked that they didn't have a lot on the walls. They put on 4 layers of polish and that stayed on just as promised. Today I decided I wouldn't be able to get this much polish off my nails myself so I came back to have the polish removed. Manicurist was very patient and kind as it took a bit of time to sand and soak my fingernails. He offered me a drink of soda or wine when I asked. Note, they don't serve coffee here which was something I was hoping for. Oh well, I settled for a coke. The people here are so friendly, polite and helpful and the setting is very quiet with some peaceful background music. Its a perfect way to relax. Prices are reasonable and in line with the competition and sometimes cheaper as well. They also have a point system. For every hundred points you receive $5 off your next purchase. Today I spent $10 for color removal and cut. Not bad considering. The shop is in a frequently visited location off Countryclub and Peace haven called Club Haven shops. Plenty of places to check out here after or before your nail appt. This remains my go to nail salon and they always take walk ins.
