My old SNS had been on my nails for over a month as I was moving across the country and ran out of time to get them redone before the journey. By the time I found myself with TaTa (I believe that was her name), one of the technicians at Lotus, I had a few nails already peeling. TaTa made sure to take great care of my nails as she was removing the SNS, being gentle and thorough with the removal of 100% of the SNS. This surprised me as 1. I have extremely brittle, sensitive nails and I ALWAYS have to remind technicians to be careful. Not once did I have to ask this of TaTa. And 2. I had never been to a nail salon that completely removed the SNS instead of applying on top of the existing layer. They definitely know what they're doing here. In 11 years of living less than 10 minutes away, I had never heard of this place. I'm so glad I found them, though! They were all welcoming and took me right in as a walk-in. I asked for a pedicure and SNS. I was immediately seated for a pedicure and started on promptly. The pedicure was the perfect length. Not too short, but not so long that I was over it. For the SNS- Although I had cut my own nails down to the length I wanted, they respected it and did a beautiful job! These are the most perfect, natural-looking nails I've ever had done. She actually built the nail up a bit with a natural SNS and polished it with gel which surprisingly feels so much better! The price was comparable to all the other salons I've been to in the last couple of years. I especially liked that they didn't have a lot on the walls.
