For only $30 (plus tip) you get a lengthy soak, cuticle and nail trim, buffing of the entire foot, then the best calf and foot rub with oil. I stopped in today, on a Holiday, hoping for a walk in appointment. I had recently broken three nails from another salon. Tommy was very nice and asked if I could come back at 7pm. They closed at 6 today and he was staying late to accommodate his clients. I hesitated and he insisted it was fine. I came back at 7 and he was waiting for me. My repairs and fills were quick and painless. He took his time looking for the specific polish I mentioned even when I said I could find a different one. My favorite place to get my nails done. Tommy and Jenn are absolutely wonderful.. On my first visit, they made me and my daughter feel so very welcomed and they are super friendly. I came here on a whim after a bad experience with another nail salon in the area. I was hopeful but not confident that they would be willing to help fix a mess made from another place the day before. But after calling to explain the situation, they happily set an appointment for the same day. I can't say enough good things about my experience. The process of redoing my nails was time consuming and a lot of work since they were still fresh. However, they not only redid my nails, but they came out beautiful. After calling them and setting up an appointment I had the worst experience ever here. After waiting awhile they finally called me back, the lady who was doing my nails asked me what I wanted I told her and she proceeded to tell me no to do something else. I went along with her and I only a said something when one of my nails was way shorter then the others. She proceeded to tell me I was difficult and call me names. I told her not to worry about my nails and got ready to leave. My daughter came with me and wanted gel polish which was an issue for them for some reason wasn't even finished yet After 30 min. I went to this salon to get my nails done for my graduation and the woman who did my nails did a poor job on them. The design wasn't as it was supposed to be, the nails have different shapes and sizes and she rushed on my nails. I've been to this salon before so I did not expect negative results but the first time I went to Holly's nails and spa, tommy was the one who did my nails and he was amazing. He took his time, engaged in conversation and was really interested in talking to each and every one of his clients. Anyways, the woman who did my nails obviously wasn't tommy and I didn't expect her to act the way she did. When I saw she was doing the design wrong, I tried to grab my phone to show her and she rudely said "no I know what I'm doing". I was annoyed after that and after just 10 days of getting my nails done, they are overgrown and the acrylic is loose. I did accidentally break a nail and my full set is lopsided and ugly. The salon was clean but if you do go here, ask for tommy to do your nails because sadly, he is THE BEST nail tech and only one you will ever need. read more

Sooo disappointed in the service I received my last time. I don't know what was going on, two of the staff seemed to be in an argument and went back and forth every time he answered the phone. I was not given a choice of service. Since it had been forever I was planning on full out service. What I got was rough treatment, I had to stop 'Tommy' from hurting me. There was no soft water to soak in, a quick trim, and no questions about what I preferred. In the end he seemed put out that I wanted to put my sandals on before I dried. I left because the bickering got so bad it was the total opposite of relaxing. The paint job was good. read more

Today was my first time here ever. I am So happy I came! I came because I seen the good reviews.As soon as I hit the doors everyone greeted me and showed me where to pick my nail color. The inside is very nice and clean. My nail tech was Jennifer. She is amazing and funny. I got a gel mani and pedi. She took her time and was NOT pushy trying to get me to do this and that. I really liked how she asked if I wanted it cut down and how thick I wanted my French tip; because some places will just sit you in the chair and do what they want. The pricing here is very good. Worst nail salon I've been to don't waste your money all my nails are different sizes. When I said I wanted glitter she said no it's out of season not New Years anymore! Um does it matter. But my nails didn't look half as bad as my sisters they TRIED to do ombré for hers and her nails are so thick it looks horrible her nail is literally half white half dark pink! I told her to have them paint over it cuz it was so horrible! To top it off the lady says don't worry we won't charge full price they know it looked horrible but they still charged 35? How? Why? And for my fill it was 30$ not even worth 10$! Never will come here again! should have just waited till tomorrow when my normal place I go to was open. Lesson learned. read more

Went with 2 other people on a Friday morning at 11, IT WAS TERRIBLE! We had a time crunch and needed to be in and out in about an hour and a half. My nail tech was not focused at all she kept looking around while taking my previous polish off and she cut me on the drill. She said nothing and continued to wrap my nails in foil and nails polish remover ...Ouch. I got SNS which the lady gave me the wrong shade than the on I had picked out. She told me it wasn't wrong and said it looked good, I also wanted a matte finish which she said "no it won't look good" and proceeded to do my nails. My nails along with the girls I went with were very sloppy and there was absolutely no attention to detail. One of the girls I was with didn't get sat down until they were done with mine . There were so many other people working so it didn't make sense, they kept sitting people down who arrived after we did (who also didn't have an appointment). They proceeded to assure us they would get to her "in a minute"...45 minutes later. I have nothing else to say other than it was terrible, don't go and I want my money back. read more

So I called the salon around 6:00, they close at 8, and asked if they could take two ladies for pedicures and full set manicures. A man answered and said yes ! We got there and EVERYTHING was rushed ... I wanted coffin nails and they barely snapped them... 3 people worked on my nails. I told them I didn't like the gold they put on over top the burgundy color I had , in stead of taking the burgundy off .. he painted over it with the darker gold and kept getting smart because I didn't like his idea and being a jerk. He didn't fix what was messed up in the salon and there were so many coats of pain on my fingers they didn't dry in time and were messed up upon leaving the salon. I will NEVER go back . They lost all respect from me as a customer and if my mother wasn't with me I would've went off. Not only that, I explained that my toes and hands weren't the same color .. he said they look different on acrylic and on real nails. My toes are PURPLE and my nails are BURGUNDY.
