WE WILL NOT BE BACK!! The service was horrible. I asked for a manicure and the technician doing it didn't even sit down. She was running around helping other people and then coming back to me. My daughter had a pedicure that was rushed and just ok. Her manicure - dipped- was lackluster. The entire nail isn't covered. When she asked for her cuticles to be done she was told it wasn't included. She asked again and said we would pay more - the technician said no. THEN when my daughter saw a scratch on a nail she asked for it to be fixed and the technician said no! Unacceptable!! As if this wasn't bad enough - the cleanliness was questionable! I'm new to the area and have been looking for a nail salon nearby and I think this is the place! I see the bad reviews are from a while ago - this place recently had an ownership change and got a major renovation so the inside is very clean and spacious. I didn't catch the name of the guy who did my nails but he did a great job. I had old gel nail removal + fresh gel mani. I've been getting gel manicures for a long time and am pretty picky about it and this place did not disappoint. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Nice location. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and they were right on time for my appointment. The staff was very friendly and the spa was very clean. There was no odor inside which I really appreciated. I had a deluxe pedicure and it was lovely and really enjoyed it. I moved to Greer almost 4 years ago. I would drive back to Berea to get my nails and toes done. Same nail tech for years and it's for that very reason I'm NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Customer Service!!!!. Actually making sure the people leave satisfied. I have been to this establishment 3 times. My first experience was with a wonderful nail tech Anna. She gave exactly what I asked for. The young man on my pedicure was not knowledgeable as to what I needed so a very sweet young lady named Sara came and got it done!! The next visit was awesome bc of Sara and I didn't get the young ladies name but she is pregnant and still was a joy to work with. She was efficient and made sure I left happy. Today I go in, sit at a pedicure bowl 20 mins in cold water no soak crystals, solutions or whatever it's called. My pedicure is subpar at the least!!! My nails look like they did when I came in. The owner says I need to pay and then come back to get them done over bc they are closing early...... After I left I sat in my car to give this review a whole 30 mins extra. I'm hot!!!!!!! $170 wasted!!!!!! I work and I do not mind paying. QT Nails has lost a very very good and faithful customer. Ppl need the realize that when doing a service to the public.... public opinion and facts matters!!!! I NEVER REQUESTED ANY SKIN TREATMENT. I was just in your salon 2 weeks before and did not have to request anything bc Sara did it without me having to ask!!! Every nail tech I have ever went to does it bc the filing makes cuticles raise up.... This is part of the service!!!!! After my fill in and the use of the filing tools the cuticle is normally pushed back and may need trimming once the fill in is complete!!!! Why would I have to create a false narrative when the pictures say it all??!!! If it was done correctly WHY OFFER TO FIX IT???? You all were closing earlier than normal but instead of just telling ppl that you didn't want to turn down money so you half did the job bc you wanted to leave. You kept allowing ppl to come in!!!! I should have just left when I was told my nails had to be done at the pedicure bowl... I knew then I was not going to be happy bc you all rushed. But it was to late I was already in the water for over 30 mins...... don't worry I'm never coming back and I pray the ppl who are searching for a good nail salon reads this review.... I am wowed by how clean it is, all the color/design options, the customer service, and the amazingly relaxing pedicure chairs! I have not seen another spa/salon with as many design and color options. I made my appointment online, walked in, and showed QP a picture of what I wanted. Without hesitation he picked out the colors and made my nails look better than what I showed him! I go for the prices. But there's so much room for improvement. Don't get a pedicure here. It's a waste of money. Brows are great. Nails are ok. Sometimes they come out good and others just ok. I wasn't overly impressed. I just wanted a regular manicure and they really tried pushing the gel polish. I was pleased that my manicurist spoke English well and that we could have a conversation, but I had to ask about a hand massage after he'd already put on the base coat. The place wasn't overly bright, maybe to hide the fraying chairs and other older looking furniture. The price was good though, so I may give them a second chance. Will see how long this lasts, as I usually get a week out of a decent regular manicure. read more
