I walked into Walgreens #07774, 12225 Highway 6 in Fresno Tx. A lady in the photo shop named Louise was understanding and took time to give me suggestions on the different cards available at Walgreens. Thank you Louise for helping this frantic old grandmother leave with a box of graduation announcements with pictures on both sides that are beautiful. My grandson and my daughter couldn't believe that I had done that in no longer than an hour. I had to admit that without Louise I could not have completed this assignment. Walgreens, thank you for hiring people like Louise who are dedicated to make sure customers leave with a smile and are satisfied with their purchase. I also learned so much.

I go here for their pharmacy and it's ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! When she showed me the result, I politely asked if she could tighten the curls to achieve a sleeker finish, which was my main request. Rather than making a simple adjustment, she took the entire style down and redid it completely, taking another 20 minutes. It was clear she was frustrated by my request, and the final result did not reflect the look I asked for or what I expected based on the photo I provided. I've attached pictures of the finished style for reference--unfortunately, it was not acceptable for the formal event I was attending. That said, I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of both the manager and the receptionist. They were understanding and made a genuine effort to make the situation right, which I'm very thankful for.

I went to this location tonight, and I had a gift card and was excited to use. I happen to spot the…read more"national lash sale" which was 30% off. I spotted some Mac mascara for $11.89. So, i decided to get that. When I get to the counter to check out, the mascara rings up to $28. I explained to the cashier that it was $11, according to the label and sign. She calls for her associate who goes over to the mascara, I am 90% sure the associate goes over to switch the labels. They try to tell me that the mascaras were not in the right spot.... (i had went back over there to show them, picture below) and then the label says "lancôme" but if you look closely...... it's only Mac mascara in that particular cube (bottom left, black/black &yellow packaging)) It does not matter if the mascara was "not in the right spot" there was more than one, there was more than 3..... so as far as customer service goes, just honor the price, which was suggested by sales associate, Edgar, who initially greeted me and helped me during my shopping. Only person I can speak highly of. So, the manager says that she would honor the price, and when the cashier comes back over after she gave discount, it's rang up to $19. I am like it said it was $11. So, I ended up telling them I don't want it. I was disappointed, because I honestly felt like they were trying to act like i was the crazy one when it's not my fault that I was shopping and was expecting a price that was displayed. I immediately called customer service on them and i was told that my frustration was valid and I should be getting a call from a store rep in order to reconcile the matter. This specific location has a 2.8 rating, and what I experienced, it pans out. As someone who has worked in the customer service field for 5+ years, this is subpar customer service and immediate attention needs to go to employees who don't understand putting the customer needs first. Ulta customers spend too much money to be receive below average customer service. So, i hope my concern gets reconciled.

I think the service here is really good and the selection is much greater than what one would find at locations inside Houston--which tend to be low on stock when ordering items online. I was able to get some good hand soaps at a discount. The Strawberry Pound Cake soap smells great, but I also like the lemon-scented soaps.

Surprised by the low rating for this place!…read more My husband and I came in to get a new set of clippers. I have been doing his hair for the last 12 years and needed to replace the clippers we had for the last 10+ years, also purchased at a Sally's Beauty Supply. This shop is rather small but we didn't want to have to wander around to find what we needed. An employee named Hannah was SUPER friendly and helpful. She took us over to the clippers and even told about different models. We decided on a set and headed to the register. The line was lengthy and it took a bit to checkout. A different employee checked us out. She was nice as well. We were absolutely shocked to learn that Hannah was only on her 2nd day! She was so knowledgeable and helpful we assumed she had been working there for years.
