The owner of Sprucedale not only delivered the tree and root ball but assisted our landscaper with digging the hole and tree placement, depth, watering and fertilizer. You get more help out of the Norwich and Canterbury locations then Brooklyn. I have not been since last spring/summer I will try them again this year in hopes that the prices are more competitive with other green houses. However, I will shop around before I just buy. I was also disappointed that they took out the florist part of the business at all locations but kept it in their name posted on line. If you stop a service update your sites to reflect that.
