When it bloomed in the spring of 2020 it was half dead. They told us it would correct itself in 5 years (which is incidentally outside their guarantee). But we wanted it replaced under their guarantee. We went back and forth for 6 months and now it is time to plant. I offered to pay half the cost of a new tree and they said they would give me a proposal. No proposal given and now they are unresponsive. I would avoid them for anything other than Christmas tree which they seem to be good at

The land has been in the family for over 100 years I think, some insane amount of acreage. There's an older man that runs it he's in his 70s family run. When you get there you drive down to the very bottom pick out your tree, they tag it for you. You have to pay at least half upfront and then the rest when you pick up. Everyone was very nice it was a good experience. Just a better feeling picking out your tree then just going and buying it somewhere like we've done in the past. They have different types of trees different sizes they price it by the type and size. Ours was $76. The trees are all kind of short and fat like really fat but I kind of dig it!

Despite many trees already having been tagged, there was still a large selection to choose from. We found our tree in about a half an hour and flagged down a worker who promptly tagged our tree and gave us a receipt. We took a tractor ride back to the farm stand which is a cute shop with a large variety of ornaments and holiday decor for sale. We paid for our Christmas tree and confirmed the pick up date. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. We'll definitely be back!! A few tips: You'll need to know the date you want to pick up your tree before tagging. The plants are super healthy, the owners are knowledgeable and wicked friendly, and - oh - they have an awesome little gift shop, too! They have many different colors and designs, as well as some handbags and pottery that was pretty sweet. My favorite part about this place is that they carry hemp products! Dr. Bronner's soap, hemp chapstick (get the peppermint flavor) and more will keep me coming down to the Four Corners when I need to get fun gifts and/or vegetable plants.

Most of the trees at the farm where on top of each other and it seemed like the trees were not well cared for. The tree only lasted two weeks and all the needles fell off the tree long before Christmas. Our friend that told us about this place also had the same issue with the tree they bought here. Needless to say, we had to buy a new tree from another farm. I tried to buy local in RI but from now on I plan to go to the farm I have been going to for years in CT.
