Something I value a lot!…read more I loved the interior, even though it's a small business they have done very well with decorating the inside. The salad bar, floor, walls, tables were all clean and kept clean the entire time ... it's easy to forget how important it is to provide customers with a clean environment. Especially when the business's main focus is health. There's a lot of options on the menu, and if even then you can't find something you like, you can create your own salad. I'm always one to create my own when going to a new place, just so I get to taste different ingredients. I composed a salad with carrots, spinach, greens, tomato, pasta, grapes, red onions and green onions covered in a spicy dressing (oil). The ingredients were all fresh and tasted as they're supposed to. I was disappointed in the dressing as it wasn't as spicy as I had wished. The salad was well presented as all the ingredients were put on top or next to each other (refer to the attached picture). But what makes 'LOW C' so special? When visiting 'Simply Salad' in the United States, they offer to cut or toss the salad, that's right. They mix it all together and yet make it look wonderful... it's amazing. Maybe 'LOW C' could add the option of cutting the salad and toss it after... makes it easy for the customer to eat and add a little extra to the meal prep. Trust me, it works. The business 'Sweet Greens' in Hollywood, California, provides you with warm rice, meat, and other add-ons which give your salad a lovely variety in temperatures. As the health industry in Belgium is rising, it's only a matter of time before big branches come overseas and swipe away the lovely businesses individuals have created here. Be ahead of them. Right now, the dish I had at 'LOW C' is one I could create myself at home with the basic ingredients they had here. Therefore my suggestions are: -Add different and special salad dressings that make you stand out. -Find a creative and new way to create the salad bowls (cutting, warm ingredients) -Add cool and delicious ingredients: sweet potatoes, raisins, ... -Add some healthy juices to the menu, I mostly noticed sweet drinks (apple, pineapple, banana, etc)... Try adding some cleanse juices: kale, carrots, beets, ... . -Every hour someone should check the toilets... they were clean but the business had run out of paper towel so I had to use toilet paper for my hands. I loved my visit here and when in the area I will return. I hope they excel.

Smorl's Houmous Falafel & Salad Bar - A nicer view of the small salad box

In my very humble opinion Smorl's make the very best falafel in Brighton & Hove. The falafel are freshly cooked, delicious, crispy chickpea balls of delight, dotted with zingy coriander seeds and other tasty herbs and spices. You can get them on their own, served in a pita bread with your choice of Houmous and other dips, or you can opt for the lunchbox, which is my recommendation. With the lunchbox you get falafel, bulgar wheat salad, slaw, salad leaves, houmous, tatziki, babaganoosh, tahini, toasted seeds', Parmesan polenta balls and other delicious dips. It is absolutely delicious - so much so that I've been back for lunch every week since I discovered Smorl's. That's how good they are. Highly recommended.

The extra thing turned out to be my favourite although I didn't fancy peas. Every bite was so tasty and different from each other. You can tell they use good ingredients. Not greasy at all, with lots of zingy taste. I highly recommend as I wasn't into it and ended up a fan! Must be good then.

This is probably my most favourite place in Brighton. I love everything about Eat Naked! Can I give…read moreit a 6 stars please? The lady that owns the business and who is responsible for making all of the food is extremely talented, friendly and down to earth. The food is exceptional, I've eaten here several times and its always consistently good too. What I also love is that even though its raw/clean eating food which is supposed to be the latest trend at the moment, where most places are cashing in, Eat Naked keep their prices reasonable. Its not a fad for them they really do live and breath it as a lifestyle. Their ethos is healthy should be affordable and not boring! They change their menu daily which is to be admired and you can see the menu online on their instagram account. Their clean treats are what dreams are made of. I regularly crave and dream about their snickers bar when I'm in London and count down the days until I can come here again to get one when I'm in Brighton. ITS THAT GOOD! They also do juice cleanses that you can pick up or I believe they can post out too. I can't say one negative thing about this place, its quite small so maybe more of a takeaway place but they still have some seating inside if you want to chill and have a coffee. I've currently sprained my ankle and can't walk, but I just can't go a day without some Eat Naked goodness so I've managed to track down a courier to collect it and bring it to me in my flat. That's how much I love this place! All I need now is for them to clone the store and drop it in London please so that I can visit every day!
