There was an employee talking on her phone loud as soon as we entered the lobby talking about she was going to beat someone up. The staff did not get up from their seats to do or say anything (other then one kind nurse advised us to call 911 and get him out of there right away because they can't care for him.) The entire place was filthy. Trash and dirty sheets on the floors in the rooms. No Ac and it was 94 degrees outside. Holes in the ceiling and walls. Construction being done outside of the rooms. Patients had no clothes on due to the heat. He had no call button, no proper bed for his condition. I would not send a dead dog there and I'm so shocked that place is even open. I feel sorry for the people there without family to advocate for their wellbeing. My son would have died if I let him stay there. Yelp is asking me to give it a star rating and won't let me post a review without a star. I would give it no stars if I had the choice.

I was given the daily tools to use for my sobriety. The small group setting feels safe and comfortable along with a staff that is very positive, knowledgeable, supportive and kind. I came to realize that I have a disease...not to be ashamed of. Now that I am an "alumni," I go back once a week for after care as part of the program. I still feel very much a part of the Hotel California Family. This is a unique program that is very different than other intensive outpatient programs in the city. I'm so happy Cincinnati has this available for people who want the freedom of a sober and happy life. Their employees clearly love caring for pets. My assigned "Pet Pal" dog walkers all know my dogs personally, as does the owner. Whenever anything has gone awry while I'm away the owner has always called me and managed the issue personally. When one of my dogs had a medical issue while I was out of town, they took him to the urgent care vet and stayed with him the whole time while he got treatment while keeping me updated, then took him back again the next day for his check up. I really appreciate that their "Pet Pals" send an update with photos every time they see the dogs.

From the woman that answered the phone and was running the front desk, to the vet techs and Doctor they were all so reassuring, kind and helped us find the safest and cost effective option. The staff really put our minds at ease and treated our Lola girl like their own. I can't recommend them enough, I hope we never have to go back for emergency services but if we ever did, I know they would take great care of us. We highly recommend using them if you need immediate care. Our sweet dog recovered very quickly and is doing great! (They even recovered the air pod and gave us advice on how to salvage it)
