I am in debt to Executive Embroidery! I ordered a line jacket at the very last minute, literally a…read moreweek from the event I needed it for and THEY GOT IT DONE! Although the front desk employee didn't know anything about fonts or colors, I was able to place my order 4 days before and have it rush ordered which was ONLY $15 which is supposed to be the minimum. I was expecting to pay $30-40 for rush. I lucked out that they had finished a lot of orders prior to mine so they had more time to make sure mine was done by friday of the week I ordered. My review of the quality of the work is as follows: - The jacket itself must've been a men's size small, but it didn't really matter to me as long as the jacket wasn't faded or stitches were coming out. None. there was a cool chest pocket and the pockets on the front were not stitched over. - the stitching was fine considering I ordered silver threading for a lot of the stitching which is a difficult thread to work with so I appreciated it! - None of the placements were crooked or half-assed. all double stitched finely and no hanging threads which I hate. - The guy didn't double check with me when I was in the store which fonts for which areas so he had to call me to ask what font to use for the sleeves. I think I wanted a Serif font but HE HAD NO IDEA. So I used Times New Roman as a reference and he asked his boss what was the closest. We ended up with Brussels (he denied that i could find what it looked like on google but I know my fonts) and a script font for all the other stitching on the chest and line name. - The Letters for the left chest were nice and big and not crooked and were very pressed. Good Job - The scroll #'s were as big as they could get for the price which I appreciated since the guy ASKED if I'd like to get my money's worth. No Duh. ---- Overall, I believe the Big Boss has all the say and experience for the quality stitching work. If you come in during a busy period time, let's say spring quarter --DO NOT COME IN WHEN BUSY or your order will be done just to be finished. Ask when they expect to have less orders so yours can be focused on. Everyone says I lucked out but hey at least my order got done the way I wanted it. I know what quality stitching and placement looks like and I admit that i lucked out on that :)

The sweater was purchased separately so I couldn't do it online. When I came here they were very helpful and nice. It is pricey so I suggest ordering sweatshirts online. I placed my order more than 2 weeks from the day I needed it. They said they were going to call me once it was done. They never did. I called them on the 2 weeks mark (Tuesday) and they told me that they were a week behind and that my sweatshirt wasn't going to be done in time. However, I was guaranteed that it was going to be done in time when I placed the order. They said they will try to get it done as soon as possible. I called again the next day (Wednesday) following up on the order. They still haven't done it. I requested for a refund and that's when they told me that it was going be done the following afternoon (Thursday) and they would call me back. I called back the following afternoon (Thursday), they told it wasn't done yet and I can pick it up 10am the following day (Friday). I came in at 12pm on Friday to pick it up and they still haven't finished it. They made me wait another hour until it was done. I would not recommend this to anyone. It's better if you order stuff online.

I came here for reprinting business cards. The Print Center was close and despite them being more…read moreexpensive, I figured that we would support a local business. Unfortunately, the finished product was not as expected and candidly not even usable as the print size on the card was drastically smaller than our original card and not readable to many, especially our more senior clients. After paying $75 for design services and an additional $205 for 2500 business cards, I expected to at least have a product that I could use. When my dissatisfaction was brought to the attention of the Print Center, I was told by management that the size of the print was necessitated by the information on the card and that adequate size of print was purely an opinion. I find this excuse really was just an excuse because the information on my original card was no greater than the new card. Other printers that I have now consulted suggested that I give the Print Center the opportunity to make this print job right. Unfortunately management merely offered me 15% off of my next order. I feel strongly that more could have been done to address an inferior product in which staff could have done better to both manage expectations and deliver a better product. As such, I urge others to find a different option for printing services.

Later that day she emails me an invoice for 156$ for the graphic design( keep in mind she designed nothing for me, I drew everything out). I still pay the invoice because I'm looking to do business and I need business cards and also I'm thinking she's going to make my idea better and it'll work out. 2 weeks later I hear nothing from her so I email her for a preview of what's been designed and she sends me over the exact thing I drew on the paper nothing different nothing better. I understand the idea was mine however why was then I charged a graphic design fee if she didn't design anything for me ? I email her back and explain I don't like it and I feel like we should change it. She then emails me back and says that's fine but there will be another graphic design fee. Once she told me that I realized this place does not do any real designing of they're own. They take pictures from shutter stock and just copy and paste. I completely don't agree with that and advice any one who is potentially looking to do business here to go else where. No creativity, no good clear communication and honesty feel like they're just looking for any excuse to charge. You're better off using an online sight that you upload your own image from shutter stock and input your own information.
