The embroidery was well done (no loose threads, for example) and appropriately priced.They came out beautifully and our wedding party loved them. Each hankerchef had a different phrase. I was really impressed when they gave me a call to let me know that some phrases may not look so great given the font and size of the fabric, so they wanted to work with me to get it right. I totally get it is the holiday season and business are busy, however it took a whole week after their initial email where they made it sound like my project was possible to tell me they cannot help me. I also never gave them a deadline of when this needed to be done so I was willing to wait to receive it after Christmas. I am officially a fan of the Cotton Shoppe. These guys (and girls) kick ass! I own a small gym and had use a few different t shirt vendors in the past that always had issues; the screen was poorly printed, the shirt quality sucked, the made the wrong quantity/sizes of shirts, they took too long, etc. Not Cotton Shoppe. They were great from the moment I walked in. I was given loads of different shirt manufacturers to choose from, once I picked a shirt and gave them my designs they stayed in constant contact with me through the whole process, offered to make me a sample shirt if I wanted, charged a reasonable price and gave me a fast turnaround time. In the end, they actually finished earlier than their quoted time. The shirt quality was as good as I've ever seen; great shirts, perfectly screened logos and not a single issue. We needed some shirts printed for our temple's youth camp and result is better than expected. I love how Cotton Shoppe is on top of their e-mail communication and was able to provide a detailed estimate when I'd requested a quote. I wanted to order shirts for a bachelorette party trip, I'm pretty early about things so my friend recommended Cotton Shoppe. Got in contact with the receptionist, really cool and easy, this was beginning Feb, trip was first weekend in April. By my schedule, we got them ordered later in the month and shirts were in my hands within two weeks from the down payment. When I got the shirts, they printed an incorrect image. Looks like it was a possible option for me but it wasn't what I asked for in the back and forth conversation nor it was ever shown in the progress of ordering. I sent an email to let them know for a simple resolution to replace them, they made an error. The graphic designer called me and was completely apologetic BUT he couldn't make the call to replace the shirts... said I had to wait for a call back from the owner. Waited and no call back. I called later that day, said the owner was really busy but i'm on his call back list so no worries... Still no response. I called and finally got a hold of the owner on the second day. Simply repeated the situation and I asked for a resolution to the issue. He was completely rude and short with me and said "Yeah so what do you want us to do with it?" I asked to replace them, then (very quickly he said) "fine just bring them back to the shop and we'll make new ones for you" *CLICK!* (This day actually happened to be my birthday, was taken back like great customer service pal!) Brought them back, the secretary was nice, apologized said 10 business days they will have the new ones ready.... 10 business days go by... NOTHING! Called on day 11.. Checking on the status of shirts... Spoke to the same secretary, said they wouldn't be done until the next week sometime from MON-WED since we weren't leaving for our trip the next week. REALLY? after the screw up they made and the owner being rude to me on the phone and they put their priorities first. I didn't get them until March 23... 21 days after I returned them. Congratulations Cotton Shoppe! Big thumbs up on customer service! oh yeah... shirts were alright. 4/25/16: Per the owner response, this is why I gave the review a one star. I understood the mishap was a mistake and we are all human it happens. But its how the response from business is the turn of events. I called a few times to finally reach the owner, no apologies for the mistake or took ownership, no acknowledgment that he hung up on me, I asked when the shirts were going to be completed at the return yet they didn't deliver to that specified time but to the original receipt. How was I supposed to know that? and below blames the customer. Ok if he claims all below and I'm at fault, so be it. Even in harsh situations, there is a better way to service your customers. read more
