I sent the pictures to Pest Pro or Affordable Pest Control - whichever name they are now using- and called numerous times. They will not return my calls. I called Abell for a small flying any problem in my home office. The woman I spoke with almost…read moreimmediately told me I would need to be on a 1 year program to treat this problem. She then asked how many sq feet my house was and how many bedrooms I had. She told me it was going to be minimum $650 and there were probably nests of ants all over my house even though I repeatedly told her there were only about 5 ants in the office. This was all done over the phone without ever seeing the problem because as she said she hears about problems like this all the time and they can be very bad. Needless to say I refused to have them come to my house and instead called York Pest Control which is a small family run business. They came promptly the next day and took care of the problem for $113.00. I suggest anyone dealing with Abell be very cautious as they are mostly concerned with removing your money from your wallet rather than the pests from your house.
