Horrible experience, ordered a simple part and could care les about the minimal money spent but this place sold me the wrong part and expected me to pay for shipping to return as well as having paid for shipping. Couple days ago I was going to this company and at the entrance i was stopped by 4 big agressive dogs, I got many scrapes in my leg and torn pants. Bought an item from them on Ebay. A truck window. While on my way to pick up the window they canceled my e-bay order. Before driving an additional 30 minutes I figured I should call them to see what was going on. They didn't answer their phones as I called 5 times between 3pm to 4:30pm on a Thursday. They also have still not called me back or emailed me. Perhaps I'd be less frustrated if their bad business ethics had not been the cause of this years first rainstorm drenching the inside of my truck. Screw these folks... BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Happy to say however, that I found a much better price elsewhere with free delivery. No need to drive into the ghetto location of this business after all. I would love to have left this place a good review as I purchased through them once before about a year ago same parts for my 2006 Avalon (front right lower ctrl arm and spindle knuckle) but the a-holes working here are full of sh*t. I was searching for those parts online and was happy to come across their ad on eBay for the parts I needed because I knew they had reasonable prices. They had the spindle listed for $155 (shipped) on eBay and I called them to make sure they had it in good condition and if they had the fender liner as well. I spoke to Chris and he agreed to save both ourselves money by eliminating eBay and PayPal fees and giving me the spindle for $140 and additional $50 for fender liner (shipped). I told him I'll call back and I did after a minute to place the order, but ended up speaking to someone else since Chris was on the line already. I reexplained my situation and made them aware I was a returning customer but come to find out they don't give a rats ass about providing quality customer service. In a nutshell, the guy I spoke to ended up saying it was a mistake that he gave me that price and to add on to hearing this bullshit he said the spindle now costs $185 and fender is still $50. I said I could just order on eBay through their store for $155 and he taunted me saying "did you refresh the page." I never dealt with such an a$$hole like this guy before. I found the spindle even cheaper for $120 and purchased that from another store so I had only asked them for the fender liner and he said the fender liner would now cost $60. I gave him crap for it and told him I'm not a cheap a$$ I need the parts and I'm not going to argue over $10 and again he taunted me saying "thats what I like to hear." While I was placing the order I ended up finding a brand new fender liner online for $35 (shipped) and cancelled my entire order with them. This report is only to make potential customers aware of the malpractices this business follows, very unprofessional and extremely rude especially to a loyal customer. Never will I consider purchasing parts from them again. Screw the price when it comes to providing quality service. read more

I came in looking for a part for my Mercedes and a gentleman was very kinda and attempted to assist me. when another employee, a young lady interrupted and told him she didn't need his help doing her job. This threw me for a loop and i was shocked, i had never seen such a flagrant display of disrespect. She ask me what i was looking for, almost as if she didn't want to spend the time helping me. I told her what i needed and after trying to explain what it was i needed she told me that they don't have any parts in for a e320 of that year when i asked her if maybe she had that part for an e500. she told me it wont work... I knew she was incorrect because its basically the same car. I objected and asked if there was someone else that could help me and she said something along the lines of because im a girl you think i don't know... I just didn't know what to make of this so i just said thank you and left... Long story short extremely rude and short. Maybe this young lady was having a bad day, but really?? Never again. read more
