Kcal Insurance has the local feel with the national system. When I need help, I don't need to rely on having to wait for your agent to call Your back. They have a customer service phone number; every time I call a helpful representative always helps me right away. 4. When I called their phone number today an AI agent answered me in Chinese. Of course I didn't have good attitude with an AI agent and demanding to speak with a real person. The AI kindly asked what I needed, I answered it impatiently. To my surprise, the AI agent completely understood what I requested and repeated what I wanted and told me what I requested did require an actual agent and would transfer me right away. Wow. I was blown away by the Chinese AI Agent. It understood me and did not waste my time.
