I've been with Wayne and his team for many years now. I have home and auto with State Farm, due to…read morethe bundle discount (Who doesn't love savings?). I've added and remove many different cars with him over the years and I never once had a problem. He always gets back to me very promptly, will answer any questions I have right away. He is very responsive to email, so guys please email him, it's actually more convenient than calling! Recently I added a Porsche Taycan with him, which of course I expected it to go up in premium. He quoted me $160 back in Q4 2021 prior to my delivery of the car. When I finally took delivery of the car, the premium jumped to $205--and of course I had questions. He explained to me that the car value is based on the VIN number and not the MSRP (they calculate based on the car's value-for one I had a lot of add-ons to it, I mean what's a Porsche without the Porsche premium?) So, I decided to raise my deductible on the policy to lower the premium and got closer to $180 a month which was more acceptable for me. Besides auto, I also have home with him and he always was able get me my documents right away because I have a really bad lending company who always sells my loans to another company. It's what I get for shopping with a mortgage broker and not a bank. Wayne would go out of his way and call the loan company for me, get them the documents and get the whole issue resolved. And that's why I stayed with him all these years. It's really the customer service, I couldn't of asked for a better State Farm agent. You really pay for what you get. I didn't care about the extra cost, I only care about the services they provide and if my needs are satisficed. I don't want to go through long calls with long wait times. It's also the same reason why people prefer Chase over Bank of America. I want that instant service, no wait time. This is why I highly recommend Wayne Fehr as your State Farm Agent even if you're not very local. He gets things done right away.

My first and last name spelled wrong. So several attempts were made to correct this and they eventually corrected it just at their office. When I called corporate today, the incorrect spelling was still on the corporate files. However some paperwork had the correct spelling. Corporate made the necessary appropriate corrections. I've called here several times to ask information in the past about my car and home insurance and was told they would call me back and they never did. A couple days ago someone from their office had called me to update my credit card information. Great that they wanted "MY MONEY" $$$$. But then when I had asked to speak to someone concerning reviewing my insurance on my car and home, the lady said that she will be calling me back. NOPE...never got a call.. Cell phone call details STATE FARM 909.839.4235 Incoming Call Tuesday, 24 May 2016 3:13 pm 2 mins 47 secs I just got off of the phone with their corporate office. They explained to me that this office has all my information and that it is a 99% likely chance that these people from this office are the ones that called me. Well they updated my credit card payment. So who spoke to me and "TOOK MY MONEY". Was it the janitor? Check your records. It shows on your computer who imputed and updated my information and payments. And if it doesn't show my information, then you need to update your computers to include name / office / location / date / time of the agent or agents that taps into any of your clients files on your computer system. Come on...get with the times. And all your offices need to be linked together to make it easier for your customers. If triple AAA can do it, so can you. One other note. I was told that I was to get a discount on my insurance if I updated my milage with them when they send out a notice to me. Well, I haven't received any notices yet by mail and / or email. But I did notice my insurance has slowly been creeping up. The lady on the phone was more concerned about the payment $$$$$$ then any concerns that I had. This company presents itself in a dishonest way and that made it hard to even find this entity to…read morereview. They posit themselves as "Simplify Your DUI" and contact you after a driving offense. A salesman will call you and then you'll eventually talk to John, who claims that doing this service is part of his penance for his own past. He claims that Simplify is an advocacy group and makes those who are confused and scared about their situation feel at ease and like they'll coast through the process under his guidance. The first "service" provided after paying Simplify your $300 is to provide your SR-22 insurance, which is done through none other than the owner's insurance company, which you only find out after looking at your bank transactions. They do contact an interlock device company, but if you're in this situation, you get enough mailers about it to not need this. They did recommend a mandatory class, but did so after the deadlines they were ostensibly getting me ahead of and "simplifying", so I could not use it and had to find my own through the DMV. After taking your money, it's impossible to get a hold of John, which would be fine if literally anybody else you can call had any power or ability to do anything besides take down a credit card number. They all say you have to talk to John. I'll stop short of calling this a scam. YMMV. But it just to me seems like a front for an insurance company by someone who's had a few DUIs. I think they rely on people being too embarrassed and ashamed to call this out in a public place. Im not too keen on that part, but I think it needs to be known, and if adding "Simplify Your DUI" to this review adds it to the Google algorithm to be searchable for scams, I'm happy to provide that context.

Well, John's assistants have very broken English and cannot even give correct information like a phone number -- I was given 4 numbers that did not connect to services. Clint and Bella are the assistants who called me and they just simply go trying to find classes and can't even succeed in doing their job. Then I was hooked up with insurance and acted like it was a 3rd party in all it was his office posing as a different company name. Mr. Macdonald took $300 from me for nothing he did nothing for me. Then he set me up with this insurance who took $350. When I came down to me contacting the insurance company they only needed $50 to start my policy! The charge on my account is "John MacDonald" and his insurance agent "Maura Lockridge" works for him! They thought they had me fooled until I looked into things because like I said he did not help me but he sure took my money! Be aware and do not do business with these losers. Mr. MacDonald said he will refund me and wants me to sign this agreement (probably so he is clear of any wrong doing) the bank will take care of that so I don't have to sign for this scam artist! Shady business be careful. It's not a ton of money but it's the principal of the matter.
