My husband was out of town as a Poll Worker and when he went to come home our pickup wouldn't start. We had called our USAA insurance for towing but after "3 confusing calls" from towing services out of town we gave up and called the one "right here in town"! Aubert's towed our pickup over to Chumbley's Auto Repair "Quick as A whistle"! Now we wonder why the towing referral service with our USAA auto insurance didn't look for a local business?? I will have to ask them! We were really happy to finally get our GMC pickup where it needed to go, instead of being stuck out of town, but no worry because the folks in Sandyville kept an eye on it for us! That is one of the nice things we appreciate about living here in Iowa! : )

It has held up extremely well, the film still looks new and the crew here did a great job with it. Fast forward about 8 years I had an issue with the film on one window, I made an appointment but wasn't able to make it, so I had to reschedule. I finally got it taken back last Sunday and all I can say is WOW. The ease of scheduling, the top notch customer service and the friendliness of the staff speaks volumes about this place. Most tint places in the metro stay in business for a couple years, the reasons above are why Indianola Window Tint is still thriving all these years later. Got my estimate and took it and the car to Bowmans. They had no problem fixing it based off the estimate. The car was done in a timely manner and no matter who I talked to there, they were all kind. Last summer another car shop had told me that my brakes were so bad that I was risking serious injury by continuing to drive my vehicle. When I took my car in for other work at Quality Car Care, I asked them to replace my brakes as well. They called me after looking at my car and told me that I still had over half of the life left in my brakes and they thought it would be a waste of money for me to do any work on them now. That honesty blew me away because they could have chosen to not say anything and cash in regardless. Their employees are very friendly. Someone is always answering the phone and I've always been able to get my car in within 24 hours of calling. For repair work, I drop my car off the night before and I've always had a call before 9 a.m. telling me the solution, cost, and time that my vehicle would be done. Their costs and quality of work are outstanding. And, the fact that I trust them completely and don't have to worry about being taken advantage of because of my gender & lack of car knowledge is definitely something you don't find anywhere.

Recently, we were broken down at the rest stop just south of Osceola, Iowa. We worked with AAA to…read morefind a towing service (East side) however no shops were willing to take our van for at least a few days. The broken fuel pump meant that you had to completely remove the fuel tank on this very large van. Most shops were unwilling to even take it at all. East Side stepped up and agreed not only to take the van but to get it done the next morning. The young man they sent with the tow truck was quick and professional. We got a cab and headed to the hotel. East Side got to work on the van and were partically done by time we got there the next day. They completed the work quickly and professionally. Their charge was more then reasonable and we were on our way home by lunch. I cannot thank East Side enough for how they were willing to step up and help us out.
