Last summer another car shop had told me that my brakes were so bad that I was risking serious injury by continuing to drive my vehicle. When I took my car in for other work at Quality Car Care, I asked them to replace my brakes as well. They called me after looking at my car and told me that I still had over half of the life left in my brakes and they thought it would be a waste of money for me to do any work on them now. That honesty blew me away because they could have chosen to not say anything and cash in regardless. Their employees are very friendly. Someone is always answering the phone and I've always been able to get my car in within 24 hours of calling. For repair work, I drop my car off the night before and I've always had a call before 9 a.m. telling me the solution, cost, and time that my vehicle would be done. Their costs and quality of work are outstanding. And, the fact that I trust them completely and don't have to worry about being taken advantage of because of my gender & lack of car knowledge is definitely something you don't find anywhere.
