Here was my original report: A 10% charge to run credit cards and I have yet to talk to somebody he has returned the deposit to. (Count off that $150) There are plenty of other options in the area, avoid this man and this company. I go to the county and the city on Monday. CURRENT UPDATE: Now, a few weeks late, I did get a call from the corporate office telling me they returned the deposit (check is in the mail). The gentleman tells me the office had actually done so before he spoke to them, on their own initiative. If I give them the benefit of the doubt, and I feel I can, I will receive it back in a few days. Since I cannot speak for any other person claiming he does not return the deposits I will consider doing business from here again; however, I have used Enterprise 5 times in the month since I returned the van to this place and have not had one issue with them. My advise? Approach with caution; he is the cheapest rental in town, but pay with cash. However, on day 21 you better call and find out where your deposit is and stay on top of it. If the true reason for my deposit was an office oversight, they seem to be a little disorganized.

The total bill was well under what I thought I would pay. They told me this error message is fairly common on our type of car. They were available to come out immediately. Despite later always being too busy to finish their work. 2.) The amount they quoted on the phone was doubled when they came onsite. $450 to $900 3.) They didn't ask for a paint code before starting work. 4.) They only took payment in forms that can't be refunded, like venmo and zelle. My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. I'm sure he will reply to this with something like 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We been short on staffed, we are now getting back to normal if you can reach back out to us...'
