My wife's car got the dreaded, "Check Engine Light" disaster message last week. I gave these folks a call and said to drop off the car the next morning. In researching online, I found out it could be the Purge Valve or Solenoid. Anyway's, the fine folks at Quality Automotive gave me a call about 3.5 hours after I dropped it off. The total bill was well under what I thought I would pay. They told me this error message is fairly common on our type of car. Again the staff was upfront, thorough and did exactly what they said they would do. I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs. They now have me as a loyal customer.

Here was my original report: A 10% charge to run credit cards and I have yet to talk to somebody he has returned the deposit to. (Count off that $150) There are plenty of other options in the area, avoid this man and this company. I go to the county and the city on Monday. CURRENT UPDATE: Now, a few weeks late, I did get a call from the corporate office telling me they returned the deposit (check is in the mail). The gentleman tells me the office had actually done so before he spoke to them, on their own initiative. If I give them the benefit of the doubt, and I feel I can, I will receive it back in a few days. Since I cannot speak for any other person claiming he does not return the deposits I will consider doing business from here again; however, I have used Enterprise 5 times in the month since I returned the van to this place and have not had one issue with them. My advise? Approach with caution; he is the cheapest rental in town, but pay with cash. However, on day 21 you better call and find out where your deposit is and stay on top of it. If the true reason for my deposit was an office oversight, they seem to be a little disorganized.

But the best part was while on hold with them on the phone, I heard the service personnel trash talking customers. It was disturbing to hear customers being talked about in this manner. It was totally unacceptable and disrespectful since paying customers is what keeps them in business. People in this area work very hard and deserve better than being gossiped about in the breakroom. As I was driving out, I saw a row of heavily damaged vehicles and I shook my head. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns.
