I found Jon here on Yelp and called to see if he was interested in replacing my water softener and installing a rather large whole-house carbon filter. He asked me to email him the link to carbon filter I was considering, to get the ball rolling, and then he responded telling me the filter was appropriate so I could order it online. He scheduled an appointment for an estimate and then to complete the work, both in a timely manner. He gave me an estimate of time and his hourly rate which was very fair. I was impressed with the design of the brass pipes he built to my filter and then to my softener. He mounted the filter in a position so that it will be easy to replace the cartridge, and I am sure planned it that way. He also quickly fixed a leak in the basement sink faucet and installed a new faucet/drain in the bathroom. Jon is humble but confident, the type of confidence that can only come from having the proper education and experience. He is very professional, polite, sincere, easy to deal with, reliable, and has a very nice personality. I would recommend him confidently to my best friends and family!

Mike answered the phone on the first ring and was fantastic with communication. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him pictures of the plumbing set up at my home. Mike's employee, Julian, showed up right at the scheduled time of 8 am and was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. Julian was friendly, polite, organized, and efficient. I felt comfortable having him work at my house. The price was reasonable and they gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash. I like it when businesses do that. Julian did a nice job. Called 4 local guys and Bruce from AMONTE Plumbing was quick to be the first to return my call. Within a half hour, he was at my house. What a professional. Super nice guy that didn't mind me lurking over his shoulder the entire time he worked. I like to learn and he was happy to give me an education as he worked through the repair process. With plenty of 'quicker-fix' plumbing solutions available these days, Bruce prefers to work the old fashion way, which to me is exactly what you want to have with plumbing behind walls and in ceilings. He did the repair work quickly, cleanly and even gave me some great tips on how to get the best results when I patch the hole I cut out of my ceiling. He also gave me some good leads on fixing/repaving my driveway when I told him I was tackling that next. Just an all-around great guy and plumber.
