Aside from significant damage to our finished basement flooring and a wall that had to be knocked down, we were scrambling to get our water heater tank replaced. 1800 Heaters was recommended by Home Depot. They were able to come immediately with a new tank and a quote was given over the phone. We were given a window of 11-3pm. Felix came to our house at 12pm and went right to work. First thing I noticed was how young he was, like my son's age. I'm like, does he know what's he's doing? I was surprised that it would be just him doing the entire job. Let me tell you, you will be in excellent, competent hands if you get FELIX!!! He was friendly, personable and professional with an upbeat attitude. He did a beautiful job installing our new water tank. There were no hiccups given how tight the space was. We also never had a contractor reduce the actual price given. Felix said one of the gas pipe did not need to be replaced. We got a couple of hundreds knocked off. Thank you for being so honest with us. I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews.
